Teen Elizabeth and Margaret are both perfectly casted. They resemble so much with Claire Foy and Vanessa Kirby.

Both sisters envied what the other had but continued to support each other. Such an endearing tale of sisterhood.

"Elizabeth is my pride and Margaret is my joy." -- "…BUT Margaret is my joy."

I love how brilliantly all three sets of actresses captured Elizabeth and Margaret's relationship. The VE episode also had wonderful moments between the two, and Elizabeth dealing with her younger sister's passing.

The fact that Margaret thought she was losing her sister because Queen would be so busy, but in the end Queen losing her first is so hurtful.

The only time the queen was caught shedding a tear was at princess Margaret’s funeral, standing with Margaret’s children. Very very hard year for her majesty.

I loved Vanessa Kirby the most. But I must say, Lesley Manville’s final episode was just emotional and absolutely brilliantly played. It was rough watching her breakdown like that. 😞

Princess Margaret deserved so much better, she was denied to be with the love of her life and couldn’t marry Peter Townsend because he was a divorcee……. and years later she has to suffer and WATCH her niece and nephews chose love get a divorce and remarry. Princess Margaret deserved so much better… The dazzling 🥀

Margaret's death in this was devastating. I'm not a big fan of her or anything but I can't imagine what she went through in her final years 💔 😔 🤧 😕

Such a wonderful and moving performance by all three of them to pay Margaret! And feel like each time all of their performances were slept on - especially Leslie’s! And that last scene where she “dies”…heartbreakingly beautiful!

Of all the family and cast members, and the 3 time periods we see them in, Margaret had the 3 most wonderful actress ' to play her, such extraordinary yet consistent performances that Margaret now has my total respect and a place in my heart. All 3 actress ' were so perfectly cast, capturing Margaret's fascinating personality, her humor, her passion, her freshness, her wild side in her middle years, and her wisdom as an older woman. Exquisite portrayals from all 3, not only that, there was great physical resemblance between those 3 Ladies, making Margaret, at least to me, the most memorable of them all.

I love Princess Margaret and her actresses! My mother says I have her curiosity and wonder and the late Queen’s sense of responsibility ❤

I felt very sorry for Margaret. Her real love was Peter T.and the Queen never let her to married him 😢. Margaret was always with the Queen.

Call Margaret what you will but she did always have the queen’s back. Loyal to her to a t. I know it was devastating for her majesty when she lost her little sister, I have no siblings. But if I am lucky enough to have children of my own one day, I’m having 2. If god and my body allows me I’m having at least 2.

I probably shouldn’t have watched this being it’s a few days before Christmas, and I have no family 😢 when The Queen passed away in September of 2022 my whole soul went into mourning because not only was a phenomenal and remarkable woman has died . We as a world had to say goodbye to an Era that I may never see again in my lifetime 😞 I have watched numerous documentaries about The Queen and her sister Margaret and they had their difficulties like any other siblings that truly love each other. However, they had a connection that only The Queen Elizabeth The Second and Princess Margaret could reminisce and have some special moments together. I want to thank Netflix for the first four seasons Of The Crown 👑 Because it showed how living in a society with primogeniture can have certain aspects that if not for a number two love for the institution of Monarchy can make it hard to embrace the necessary fortitude it’ll take to support The Number One 👑 That why I have so much respect for HRH Anne, Princess Royal because she wholeheartedly supports HM King Charles The Third Long Live The King 👑 !!!!

I could not imagine how hard for the queen's life would be for the next 20 years after losing Princess Margret.

The last scene literally made me cry in front of my computer 😢

Throughout the show I flip floped between sympathy and not for Margaret's Peter Townsend situation because while it seemed cruel to not let them marry we must remember she very well could have married Peter Townsend if she gave up royal family duties but she would also be giving up the luxuries and she didn't want to give up such things like constantly partying in mustique, so was Townsend really her true love or was it getting to have the luxurious trappings of royalty without the burden of duty that Elizabeth had, so really a good setup?
