No offense, but with due respect, sir, why didn't you tell or at least create awareness, that popping up child is when you, yourself financially not sound, when you can't afford yourself proper food or healthcare, you have no right to bring the kid in this world and make then suffer In today's world when we all are eating pesticides food, bad immunity, such a high expensive education and difficult to get jobs, no one has right to spoil someone's life
I too often struggle with the same thought when I see kids with lack of basic amenities of life and yet parents decide to have a kid in hopes that the child fulfils their aspirations. But then I again conflict with myself with that logic; half of the country living below the standards of decent living, should they never hope for even having a child? With the economics of the country, the poverty gap is ever going to increase, and subsidies would never be enough. Having a child becomes such an emotional decision for most parents that they often forget these dynamics and then try and struggle every day to make ends meet. The time it usually takes for families to figure out the finances of life is never ending process. And while I agree with you on the issue of family planning, I feel people are ready to compromise the standards of living for having the chance to see the next generation growing up in front of their eyes.

Dear Ravindra, try to find out option of Generic medicine after discussing with your doctor. It will reduce your medicine cost by approximately 50% or more. All the best.
This is not easy, and Somehow solutions given by Ankur are making sense. The solutions will make his life easy, life's tough, but having a good guidance can sort everything. This video is a classic example.

This is the reality Mr.Warikoo is forgetting to include in his projection. While it's good, I would request not to give false hopes to hard working bread winners of the family. There will be lot of expenses with child birth (hospital expenses), post birth the expenses for child will be increased and also mandatory vaccination etc. God forbid, he doesn't need another loan at child birth time. Expenses will only increase and it's not possible to invest at 10% increase every year. My child's school fees increase more than 15% this year, rent increase by 10% but my company gave 0% increment due to poor market conditions. In such situations, it difficult to even maintain the existing investment amount itself. These projections are just giving false hopes. Need a reality check.

The saddest part it most of us middle class are literally struggling in this economy. Dispite our country GDP and Reserve is growing, the unspoken financial pain due unemployment, job security, country's income tax burden on just a percentage of the working class + GST in literally everything we purchase + yearly inflation, EMIs, Bad loans😢 all these resulting to no to minimal savings and no investment and security for bad times or future. Many will relate to this brother. One can see the pain and we feel it to as Men and providers. We citizens really need to chalk out some reforms to tackles so many of these challenges at the grassroot level.

There are lot of questions with this solution of yours sir. The solution was really good. But the individual had mentioned that his wife is pregnant so obviously delivering. He has to spend on those hospital bills too. Also with no assets the person would obviously be pushed to take a loan to cover those bills. After delivering too there are lot expenses for the child but that is in future. If we see the solution with practicality I'm not sure how far is it gonna help the individual practically. Also you had missed the health insurance part for the parents, as their medical expenses are so much and assuming their quite aged, lot of probability of having higher medical bills in the future too. You have a given a good solution i hope god helps him in solving his difficult situation.

I would really like to put forward one more point. Dont take this in a wrong way. Please try the possibility of looking for 'generic medicines' at least for those medicines (diabetes, blood pressure, antacids etc) for which there are low cost but effective medicines available (post approval from a physician). There is a humongous cost difference.
@warikoo, This series is really good, its in right direction of helping individuals. One important thing I wanted to highlight regarding this episode is not considering his wife's child birth expenses which is a sure shot expense in few months from now. At this point in time he should not take another loan which will trap him further. I believe you may have to revisit his 1st year plan taking into account of this.
Exactly what I was thinking.. Unless they're considering govt schemes or hospitals that can help in no cost delivery, it is a sure expense about to occur in near future but that was not talked about...

Hi Ankur... Your content is very good. After listening about the financial hardships which people are facing or with which people are going through somehow I can relate to myself and apply the suggestions given in my case. I am sorry that I have been criticising you for publishing the same type of content again and again but it's like if a student gets promoted to a new class doesn't mean that the syllabus of the old class should change.
This is brutal but this man is fully responsible for his bad financials…..firstly apne finances fix karne chahiye the then family plan karni chahiye thi and towards that both ought to work …..abhi k liye to man should work somewhere for night shift ….because as a teacher he is free from school by afternoon …..

So here is a catch. 8k investing monthly with step up of 10 %. Practically might not be possible because in the 15th year the SIP amount would be 30k per month. During this process there will be other expenses as well like buying TV, New fridge , tuition fees etc. so I feel ideally step up by 10% will be difficult. After 5 years of constant SIP of 8k he can step up by 5%. Just a thought.
One thing these youtubers earns so much from these episodes. I understand that these individuals also posseses knowledge and value of their time. Also, people are getting real first hand advice but can one more thing be done. Give them something to start with like 50000 as a base for emergency fund or a health insurance with first EMI paid or something as basic like subscription of any platform which help them upskill. After which they only just don't have knowledge but a bit of resources to start with
One suggestion : You are doing great by making this series however, if you can give back the money u earn though this video kindly give back to these people to ease their financial burden. It’s a reward for them to opening up publicly on their finances. Apply to only those who are actually struggling with lower income unlike the software guy who earn 3 plus lakhs and struggling due to bad choices and are doing discretionary expenses. The unbearable stress this guy has can be seen clearly on his face.

My suggestion: if you are purchasing brand specific medicines from stores try switching to Jan ausadhi. There you will get medicines at much discounted rates and those are quite effective as well. You can save a lot of money there
ths is reality of middle class...inflation is so high ..but salary is not increasing ..all income goes into exp....if anything happen we go under debt trap

But sir, in Indian family, there are so many other sudden obligations came like marriage or other occasions which consumes entire life savings and increase our more borrowings.
Expanses me kapade bhi lene hote hai, mobile kharab hogaya toh wo naya lena hota hai, ghar me kuch tut fut gaya toh wo theek karana padata hai, aur kisi ki shaadi wagerah aa gayi toh naye kapade, diwali vagerah pe extra kharcha ho jata hai. In sab ke baad kuch bhi bachapana muskil ho jata hai.
