Vice and Mature are the first female villains introduced in the King of Fighters series. Initially presented as NPCs (Rugal Bernstein's secretaries), they weren't playable until KOF 96 as the teammates of Iori Yagami. And this, is their story.

If Mature return (please return) in KOF 15, I only have one freaking thing to ask..................GIVE HER SKIRT BACK, seriously she looks sooo cool with that long skirt why in hell they give my beautiful mistress of evil and pain those ugly ass pants, Vice is fine in pants but that never fit the personality and fashion beauty that Mature capture in her early games, so hope they give her classic outfit back, also her animations are cooler with the long skirt, with the technology today they could so cool things with her, I always have love how SNK animated these type of characters, Zero have some incredible animations, Goenitz and Igniz too.

Anyone ever notice that Vice and mature are prime waifu candidates yet you never see them on on any top ten waifu lists? Its as if they are too badass and crazy for people to make that leap lol. I never could get into Mature's fighting style but Vice was a beast when you got used to her. She was so fast, and once she caught you, she did a lot of damage like most grapplers. Plus her voice actors must had have a blast with their content because she continually talked trash with almost every move lol. Not to mention her awesome moaning taunt before a fight, and laughing move she would do when she won! Wait..I might have just talked Vice into my top 10 waifus even with the canibalism. Actually there are many command grab characters that break the stereotype of the slow grappler in kof, vice not just breaks it, but also add tools that make the character even more lethal.

I think the deal with them is similar to Yamazaki's and Gaidel's. They may grown fond of fighting and spilling blood, and decided that Orochi's plan to erase most humans would only get in the way of that. I wouldn't be surprised if we see them team up with Rugal in KoF XVI. Their personalities mesh very well.

Unlike many other guys I know, I don't have a thing for blondes, but for some reason, Mature's design is very, very appealing to me. She's so damn sexy, polite and refined, yet cruel and merciless at the same time, everything packed inside a nice, well-proportioned body, complete with a cute face. I always thought of Mature and Vice as counterparts for Ralf and Clark. Both pairs have a teammate than can go Riot of the Blood. Ralph (punchy boy) and Mature (slashy girl) Vice and Clark are both grapplers. And each pair has one common move. Mature and Vice have Deicide(or snake arms) while Ralf and Clark both can do Argentine Backbreaker.

I still think about Mature and Rugals blonde hair, the fact they were having a fling and the blonde hair of their kids... ...and the fact Adelheid has the same Orochi fueled super as Rugal and Mature. And the cutting auras they all have. That said I don't think they were secretaries THAT early. Still amusing to think about.

I guess it's possible, but it would imply that Mature was with Rugal for many years before KOF 94. Adelheid is about 17-18 in KOF 2003 and Rose is 14. I think their mother is probably someone else.

I refuse to believe that Mature is the Wife of Rugal and the Mother of Adelheid and Rose, it's just a Natural Common Blonde Hair. Edit: While it's nice to see that how Mature fed Rugal his food (While Sitting on his Lap and lay her Head on his Chest) in KOF: Destiny, but Rugal just doesn't give a Damn about her or anyone else.

@@JT-nd6qp I thought Adel was a bit older than that(Rose drinks wine, I mean I tanked away some booze as a teen but I always thought she was more 16-17 and Adel 19-20). That said I agree that it's likely not the case-it's more like one of those funny coincidences, but when you factor in timelines, unless Goenitz introduced them after he defeated Rugal(Goenitz was 18 at the time and Rugal in his early-mid 20s, 23-25 or so), it's indeed likely someone else. That said, it does explain Adelheid getting the power through Rugal himself, since he does have that attack. But yeah it was more one of those 'hmm intensifies' moments I had some time back until I combed the timelines.

I've always wondered if Mature and Rugal had a relationship before they died, this possibly giving Rugal a third child after his first two. And now after the KOF 14 storyline, they could apply that along with Krauser having kids and making a new team of the major bosses' sons or daughters of Rugal, Geese, and Krauser.

My theory: Vice and Mature's physical forms are actually copies created by Ron to manipulate Iori. After KOF 2003, Ron sent one of his loyal sons (he has 9) to Egypt to capture the Kusanagi after it was defeated there so he could study the cloning power of the Yata mirror. While Ron's son was in Egypt, he developed a unique sand-based variation of his clan's fighting style... can you guess who?

That Theory of yours kinda reminds me of the Story from Final Fantast 7: Advent Children, Long Story short: There are 3 remaining Sephiroth Clones (Kadaj and his 2 other colleagues) are recruiting Children with Geostigma, and Kadaj later transforms into Sephiroth. (While he was a Figment of Clouds Imagination in FF7, he uses his Clones as Body Vessels to gained to control over them)

That slash move by Mature looks like Ultraman Ace's attack. Kinda cool considering Ralf and Clark and Leona happen to use super moves from tokusatsu heroes such as Jetman and Kamen Rider Black RX. 12:14, dear lord...if Mature and Vice were to crossover in anything, surely it would be Ultraman....because they freaky. 14:05, that's because you keep on chasing after ANDY!! Mai, get your head in the game!! 14:11, basically 2 hellhounds who will be there if the Earth keeps on being turned around upside down.

I wish we could see Rugal's 2 other non-canon Secretaries from KoF'98: Aya & Hermione (seen in one of Rugal's win poses). Also wish to see the 4rth lesser Hakkeshu, Guidel, Leona's father, resurrected.

Vice is my fav character in KoF KoF 96 new characters are all so amazing, Leona, Chizuru, Vice amd Mature, Goenitz... What a great game, not perfect, but one of the most important, if not The most important in the series!

You know it's pretty questionable as to whether or not those nightmare Iori was having were the real Mature and Vice or just a manifestation of is own guilt. After all they themselves don't seem to hold a grudge in KOF XIII & XIV, and why would they it's not like he had any control over his actions and they knew that Geonitz was responsible.

2:37 Call me crazy but I think Rugal had children with Mature and Vice. Mature is the mother of Adelheid and Vice is the mother of Rose. That would explain why Rose has a 'deadly side' compare to her brother. (That lady still scares me)

Now that I think about it, that kinda makes *"Semi-Sense"* to me, I do feel a little a Fuzzy about Adelheid and Rose being siblings but they do barely seem to resemble each other Geneticly, Maybe Mature really is the Mother of Adelheid and Vice is Rose's Mother, But let's keep that to our *"Head-Canon"* for now, because if that were True, the Fanboys will litterly flip they're S**ts if they're favorite Waifus (Mature and Vice) were Stolen.

@@ShoryuGame Good morning. I wasn't expecting a reply. Thank you for the video. I mean, we know that the Orochi people are not normal humans, maybe they age more slowly. We don't know how much time Mature and Vice were Rugal's secretaries. Also, Adelheid and Rose's age are unknown and we know time in KOF is weird. So there is a possibility Mature is their mother.

Rugal is a very lucky man as Mature is one of my waifus no doubt I also noticed she had that move looked like Rugal’s Gigantic Pressure it always intrigued me, now I don’t want to make Vice jealous but that DM move where she cannibalizes is really insane. I think you should cover the most evil character in the series that’s the leader of the Hakkesshu himself Goenitz!!

When did they stop caring for Orochi. Odds are the uncaring for Orochi's death in KOF 14 Is a total facade. I have a feeling that Orochi is coming back in KOF XV...Plus they were acting preeeeetty sus in their dialogue in KOF 14... I feel somethings off, but we won't know until the next game gets released.

I think the only reason verse was put in the game so when he dies he releases the souls trapped in him as a reason to put more characters in game but I am not sure about it

Not a CapCom fanboy, but her version of SvsC2 is still my favorite. Not only was she as good as a grappler as the CapComs Zangief and Honda, but also she had a nice antiair still not seen in other games

My second favorite team, only Second to K' teams. Surprisingly, Vice is my favorite of the three, but the three are so lovable for the unique personalities and gameplay.
