Im a big big fan of running man but i never know about his story at all especially about his health issue. He really didnt use that to get pitied or get attention from others. Thanks for telling us about this. I hope he is alright now ❤️

No wonder Sechan and Se Hyungs relationship is such a sibling goals. I watched their happy together guesting where Sechan thought his brother doesn't like chicken legs because he always give it to him. Little did he know his Brother loves it too but chose to give it to him because he wants his younger brother to have what he thinks is the best part of the chicken. Aww.. 🥺

This is such an inspirational story. As an international fan of RM, I barely know SeChan’s background before he joined RM. And of course, SoMin shines a lot more than him since the beginning. I have never hate any of them, they both helped RM’s reincarnation. These days, SeChan shines a lot more, he actually is funny, athletic, dumb and smart at the same time. I can never be grateful enough for them to carry on for the fans, it’s like a lifeline for me for 11 years.

I really like Se Chan. He's not only funny but also thoughtful. He's not self centered and taking care of other members a lot. Idk why people hated him so much, we should give him chance! I'm glad now he shines

In fact, it was hard to accept Somin and Se-chan at the beginning of the show, but later on I fell in love with them. Thank you to all the members of Raining Man for their efforts, thank you for their kindness and beautiful heart.

I teared up a lot as I watched this cause he’s been through a lot from a kid until now. And the life value he had from his character, and achievements he get is all the more that made him special and no one else could ever replace this. This is my first time i cry because of a biography of an comedian

for me, Sechan is the member who has the youngest energy, at first, I already saw his character and difference from the members. He is like Haha but as energetic as Kwangsoo and has the confidence of Jaesuk

i always liked se chan, i always thought he was funny and came up with jokes that no one could. he truly does work well with everyone and really shines with haha and kwang soo. even at the beginning i thought he fit well. i hope he isnt too harsh on himself i believe he has truly made his spot in running man his own.

this is such a sad but inspirational story, i've never knew sechan was facing this kind of indifference in running man, i hope no one does that anymore to him or any members in the future. thats just so wrong

I got to know Se-Chan when BLACKPINK guested in Running Man. I remembered him a lot because he's the one who became really close to my bias Rosé in Running Man. But I didn't know he have cancer. He looks a very happy and jolly person. How can he hide it behind his smile and laugh? He's so strong. Such a very inspirational story.

I never disliked Sechan or Somin, and I've been watching Running Man since episode 1. They were great additions to Running Man, especially Somin because since the beginning that she was willing to downright destroy her image in order to entertain people, and she *truly* entertains. Sechan really was more in the background and it took him some time to adapt, but once someone is part of the Running Man family, everyone should come together to support that member. Personally, I don't get why people didn't like their addition to the show. The show was going be cancelled, for goodness sake. We should be glad the producer made that choice, otherwise Running Man would've stopped existing 5 years ago.

I just started watching running man a couple weeks ago and I only knew a few names. Yang Se Chan stood out to me because of his laughter. I never knew how hard his life had been. I wish him nothing but happiness and success from now on.

Se Chan is the hybrid of Gary, Jae Suk, Lee Kwang Soo. Speed, 2nd strongest in RM, Kkang Kkang status, and comedic agility and can act as the spy/traitor very well.

At first it is really hard to accept a change because Running Man originally leave a big impact on many people. So it is hard at first. But then now after Sechan and Somin works as Running Man members. I really hope they won't leave because I can't imagine Running Man without them. Fighting Yang Se chan you are the first comedian that I like.

I really like him and haha in running man show. Se chan sense of humor is great . Idk why ppl don't appreciate him. I watched even his entry episode in running man and he did awesome duty . I liked him since his first episode till end.

To be honest I don't like him since he joined Running man because of his character in the show but as years passed of watching him in the show, in a different perspective I realize that he is just trying hard to do a great job in the show and I started to get fond of him. I like his brother more because of his style and I'm not a big fan of Sechan's style but lately he is doing great though so good for him. After Kwangsoo left he seems to have found his role on the show even though he was funny before but lately he is on a roll. He seems like a good guy and I wish him well.

i dont know about others but when sechan came, same as the Pd he is like a sauce, he blends well which could be his strength I was initially against new members but their first episode together will make you accept and love them now kangkang is one of my favourite 🤣

I’m a RM fans since years ago, even there are new members I love them all, they’re have their own personalities, they’re makes me laughs. I didn’t have any problem with new members in fact I like them all since the first day they’re join the RM family. I didn’t know he’s got health issues but I hope he’s alright now and wish him and all the members a well healthy life. Keep it up Yang Se Chan.

Thank you for telling us this amazing stories, really grateful for every problem that happends in our life, thats what i always heard, God will give you a task that only you your self can handle it, by being strong and patience, one day everything will be great, there will always a chance for someone who have faith, maybe some people only took couple years, n even yang se chan took around 15 years, ask for nothing in return only because he loves being comédien n working harder, i could feel the pure heart from his attitude, thats why people loves him in the end.

Running Man is not a show just for anybody to fit in. Even experienced celebrity guests have a hard time with running man because it's not scripted. Imagine being there full time and having to fit in without overlapping with anybody elses successful personas. There are only a few guests that do it really well and they're usually invited repeatedly.

I’m sure I’m PMSing, I stumbled upon this video and I’m surprised that I didn’t know about Sechan’s hardship like at all and I’m full on bawling! I’m glad he’s at great place in his life right now.

At first.. I couldn't move on from running man having new members.. but after a year.. running man seemed entertaining and fun with those two.. like their chemistry with each member is so satisfying.. at this point i can't watch running Man without those sechan and somin.. they have their own unique character in RM.. and i feel so proud to know that yang sechan is living happily than last time.. hope he will continue being successful and healthy person!

When Sechan and Somin were guests on Running Man, I really like them. And then when they became members of Running Man, I was absolutely thrilled! 💕

Even though I can't say I'm a fan of Running Man, I still watched them from time to time but that's only until Gary's departure. After that, 2d1n casts at that time were more entertaining and fun. Running Man who was titled as South Korea's most popular show, was then hit rock bottom. People was saying how they couldn't even stand if compared to 2D1N. Ever since Somin and Sechan joined, they got their name back but I don't understand why some 'fans' are so harsh on them. Yes it takes time to adapt with some changes, but the hate was severe, really. It's not long after they joined that I started to watch Running Man again. Thank God the original casts are all nice and the two of them are also mentally strong... that's why they could bear all of that. Now that my favorite, Lee Kwangsoo, has left, I still try to watch them week to week. There's no way this would happen if it wasn't thanks to Yang Sechan. Thank you.

This makes so much sense. Somin outshone Sechan by a mile, so I was also a bit indifferent to him. When I heard about new cast members,I wasnt too pleased either until I watched their first epusode and went, "I remember these two! They were hilarious!!!" Sechan is such a genuine person. He's not familiar with putting on a fake TV character as is required on varity shows. Even when he's pulling jokes, you catch glimpses of how he takes care of the characters. Its so heartwarming. There was that one episode when Sechan wasnt there and it hit me so hard, and I realized how much of a role he plays. We were just took detracted by Kwangsoo and Jaesuk to really appreciate Sechan wholeheartedly.

I never knew Se Hyung and Se Chan are brothers. I love these two. I always watch Running Man and Masters in the House because of them. I thought they are just close friends.

Been there for Running Man since 2010, so I’ve been with this “fandom” since then. The amount of hate they got from some if not lottss of them international fans are way too ridiculous (even to this day, even they try to not be that obvious with the hate). And especially with few situation happened involved the original members, I understand why some fans became defensive and mad but to make Jeon Somin and Yang Sechan as punching bags and use the “7012” and love for the original member as excuse to throw shade and hate at them? Sick. I watch their first episode of new members few weeks later (yea I need time) and definitely start liking them. I sometimes don’t like Sechan’s humours but he and Somin both work hard and make Running Man more interesting so as long as they’re doing their job just fine and interesting then why not just support them? And if you don’t like it then don’t watch. It’s your loss anyway ☺️
