Ah, forgot to say, another cool thing is that the genre is given the name Iron Maiden.... the torture device that traps you inside an iron coffin, impaling you with spikes in a way such that you slowly bleed out. With regards to the story... take that as you will. And thanks for watching!
@@olivergobrrr2935 its vague but my interpretation is that they were found near death, and in desperation, allowed scientists to experiment with their body
I could tell you had a good time writing this, your personality really shines through. Little meme touches are always a blast, but I love the actual weight and consideration placed on the dark subject matter too. Great vid as always~
Really enjoyed watching this, and I really liked how your analysis went beyond than just the BGA itself... it would be amazing to see more of these kind of videos, considering how many wonderful and abstract BMS (and others!) BGAs there are! Anyway, good work and sharp analysis! :D
I mean, if you REAALY think about it - your interpretation of Lillith could still be a metaphor for mental illness. Not just any kind - the one well past the point of no return. The BOFU description of the song could be taken also as another metaphor. Plus, the fact that the red void overtakes Lillith actually makes me think there is some sense of decay going on here, like, actual decay, no trickery. I feel like this because I had a friend who went through depression. He was severely doubting that he was helpful, sort of like his own "Who are you?" A blot on the face of the earth, perhaps? Or a valuable resource, like your friends are tricking you into believing? Are they even tricking you in the first place? Over the course of the next months, my entire family, not just me, tried to help him. In a sense, Lillith had him in her grasp, and we were trying to pull him out. Trying to defeat her, he ended up thinking suicide would be the way (since she was such a big part of him, killing her would mean killing himself). He thought the world would be better without him. But we knew that simply wasn't true. After that time, our efforts finally paid off. He now lives a life that is at least better than the one he used to have, and part of that recovery process was aiming to S this song on Phigros! How ironic. Regardless, though, your interpretation of Lillith provides some new fascinating insights into what Optie was trying to do here. People like me can build off of them, or it can be taken at face value. I think that's what makes analysis of these BGAs or MVs so beautiful. Keep it up, Rinny.
my analyzing when i first watched this song: basically the mirror starts to create a hallucination of the puzzle labyrinth explains the seizure line thingys and she meets a witch who is basically a clone of herself but the mirror is just a musty bitch and she continues to explore blah blah blah gets chased and at the end the road breaks and she remembers she had a knife (dumb) and as soon as she stabs the witch who is herself the mirror be like: well my job is done here, gOOdbYe! and yeah all with all that the mirror just wants the girl to kil herself probs got everything wrong so don’t come at me edit: THIS IS A SIGN TO SNAP BACK TO REALITY GET A LIFE AND TOUCH GRASS!!! 🥰
:0 I'm gonna really look forward to this series... I analyzed BMS thingies too, though it was music instead of BGA! And it's still biased towards LeaF :P
RU-vid is refusing to recommend me your videos even though you are literally one of the only rhythm game content creators I watch, so I keep thinking you died or something because youtube just does not work correctly.
