If these companies want to roar, they should be completely honest on what they are selling. Wraps that state exactly what the battery is...honestly without the bs. no difference, Mah stands for Milliamp hours. Milli suffix stands for 1000th, So it's like saying 3000mah = 3 amp hours. You probably meant what the difference between Mah and Watt hours. Which essentially still the same thing but you have to convert it. Formula is (mAh)*(V)/1000 = (Wh) Batteries have a lot of different ratings that actually mean the same thing just needs conversion. There are communities that don't even go by amp ratings, they go by C rating because of more variables.
Honestly I don't bother with rewrapped battery brands because what's under the wrapper today can be totally different tomorrow. The Pulse Rating is a useless rating. The only thing nice about rewrapped batteries is the wrappers are pretty but what's under the wrapper is a crap shoot.
