A hole in one on a par 3 is a -2. An eagle is two under on a par 4 and 5, a -2. Of course the points is the same. An albatross is a -3 on a par five. It's the hardest shot to get, along with the hole in one on a par 4. Granted, in my opinion, eagles are easier to get then a hole in one. But due to the rules of golf, they are typically scored the same due to the number of strokes involved.
