📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Killer: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
• Palindromes: Digits on a grey line read the same in either direction.

Congratulations on defeating Gul Srellik, a Killer Slug! You found the intended breakin, then skipped ahead of the intended path a bit - once you get the 4 and 5 you can get a blue/green pair in box 4 and get the 14 cage there right away, but that would have just made some of your other logic a little easier, and once you get to it you're back on track. When I saw the mistake in box 2 I winced because I forgot the exact value there and thought you might've accidentally gotten the right answer with invalid logic, and I knew how that would have gone over, but fortunately it was wrong and you were able to correct cleanly! Overall, I'm quite happy with your solve, and you should feel no shame for the use of the tools in the software - the validating checkbox is an important one, I think.

81st to solve and I've no doubt I'll be in the slowest 10. Do I care about my time or anyone else's? Not particularly. Did I enjoy it? I sure did. Thanks again BremSter. Another really interesting puzzle that I'm very happy to have persevered with.

Love the channel. Once you know C3 and R7 have 12345 quints, you can do 5-colors and it flows.

Took me nearly 80 minutes, broke it once, but I managed to get it right. Nice puzzle!

I completely forget why I didn't give that, because while it's obviously not necessary it has a value that shouldn't be too revealing (it'd be a 9-cage) and I tend to prefer to give a little extra cluing when it makes the aesthetics better.

Actually, even the 12 cage in Box 1 is not strictly needed for the solve. I know the cages do make the puzzle more symmetrical though.

When you had the not 123 in gray I was hoping you would catch the palindrome into the box 6 15 cage and know it was your favorite entropic trick.

17:11 solve counter 3, never been that low a solve number before, very nice puzzle as palindromes were nicely placed and ruled out certain digits so pencil marking was my friend. Thanks Bremster and Sotek.

One nice trick that you seem to have missed is that early on by the palindrome you could say that R5C9 wasn't 123 leaving only three places for 123 in box 6 which allows you to establish that green and blue must be 123 and can't contain the 4/5. You can also establish that the 14 cages must have a 123 in them to help it along.

I'll also note that I needed your video several times near the beginning - the idea of trying to colour the digits in the squares (I didn't think there was enough info to work because of the 4/5 not being common but was wrong) and R5C3 had to be in the squares. After that I did relatively well on my own!
