The desparate tackling from premier league defenses to stop him recked his body. He would take long pre seasons to get back into shape at Chelsea. Ancelotti did not understand what Hazard needed and the pressure to perform drove him into the ground at real madrid.
My favourite player ever 😁 yea he Failed at Madrid no question about it, But when he played for Chelsea on his day he was THE BEST player in the Prem, and ONLY behind Messi in my opinion for dribbling capabilities, Also he dragged Us to 2 premier leagues Which is crazy and 2 Europas, world class player (also managed to win a Ucl With RM but I can’t say he was exactly a pivotal part)
His talking abt hazard, di maria, neymar being at the top if messi and ronaldo weren't there.....what about Luis suarez😢, u didn't lie when u said we forget abt other amazing players cuz of Leo and cr7 cuz u forgot about suarez 😢
Watched Hazard since 2013 and became my favourite player ever since. Favourite moment was the West Ham goal He said he retired the knee slide goal and after scoring that goal, he performed it. A tear to my eye
We forget about Diego Costa, who won AM the League when Messi and Ronaldo were in their prime and would have won the CL too with AM if it was not for Ramos. Went to Chelsea the following year and destroyed the league with his partner in crime, Eden.
He snapped his ankle in 2017 iirc and it needed to be surgically pinned. I doubt he was ever 100% pain free after that surgery. The fact that he had at least 1-2 more years of good form after that is a miracle IMO.
Gareth Bale. Did it in the premier League for a way worse twam and then went to madrid and won everything there. Even xarried his nation through his whole career. Easily better then most the guys you mentioned
One of the legends of the game , legend of Chelsea a happy farewell to you You will always be among my all time favs of the game . The love you had for football was amazing . That young Hazard in Lille was also one of the young players worth watching again and again ❤❤❤ The expectations we had of him when he arrived in PL were very high and he didn't disappointed me . He had that thing which could become like of Messi . He had the same love for the ball like Ronaldo and Messi ❤❤❤ No one can forget what he gave us during those Chelsea years . He was like owning PL 💙💙💙 He was one of the most classy and funny player . His videos on the CFC YT channel always used to be funny ❤❤ Love you legend . There will never be a player like you Hazard 💙💙💙💙
@@Kingpanther66 what do you mean he didn't shine at Tottenham!? Bale dragged us through champions league games and prem games. He was premier League player of the year the season he moved to Madrid for £90M !
We are starting to lose the players that made us fall in love with the sport. I dont see this kind of magic in the upcoming generation aside from a few names.
If Ronaldo and Messi weren’t in, Karim Benzema, Eden Hazard, Ozil, Di Maria, Aguero, Bale, Iniesta, Lewandowski and Neymar would have shared all those Ballon D’Ores. Edit: Benzema, Ozil, Di Maria, Lewandowski and Neymar were on a different level though. Right next to the GOATS.
You’ve done a reaction for a man who played at really top performance for no more than 2 years ( he’s really good dont get me wrong ) but u didn’t do one for s.busqet that he’s one of the best pivot players of all time excluding his last 3-4 years 😤 i love your videos but i hate when you are biased for one club
Best player to ever grace the Prem only behind Cristiano Ronaldo. Was destined to play for Real Madrid and win minimum 2 Balon D’Ors. Wasn’t meant to be but regardless one of the greatest players I’ve ever seen.
**PEOPLE FORGET THAT DIFFERENT POSITIONS HAVE DIFFERENT PRIME WINDOWS** People assume that a footballers prime is from around 26 until around 34, but this neglects the effect that different positions have on that number. On average, a strikers prime begins when they are about 26 and lasts until around 32, midfielders enter their prime slightly earlier at around 25 and only tend to last until around 31, while centre backs enter their prime a little later at around 27 and can stay in their prime the longest of all outfield positions, which is until they are around 34. HOWEVER, positions on the extremities of the pitch like fullback and winger usually enter their prime earlier at around 24 and can only last until around 28/29. This is due to the increased physical demands of the position, as well as the increased likelihood of being fouled in the case of wingers . At that point, most wingers have to move centrally, either becoming a striker or an attacking midfielder. Major examples of this include CR7, Son, Sterling, Neymar and many more. Most wingers move centrally or fall off by the time they are 29, with some exceptions like CR7 who made the switch a few years later. Does not surprise me that a dribble-heavy player like Hazard really struggled to adapt to playing on the wing, in a new league, at that age, especially whilst hampered by injury
it's both lack of motivation and injuries, the latter emphasized the other he had an injury to his fibula with a metal plate on it, which later was discovered as a fracture, underwent surgery with an even bigger metal plate, and fractured his fibula again it was down to his style of play and how he twists on the ball, that injured him so much in his fibula that his plays started to become obsolete, and inside he knew that and lost passion it wasn't entirely Madrid's fault, his transfer would've flopped at any other club because his body didn't keep up with his style.. Edit: He was by far the most fouled player in the EPL, 258 times, so yeah, he arrived at msdrid practically ruined
What not many take into account of hazard Chelsea career is the change in different managers yet still usually being the best player in the team, he was no player elevated by a system, Hazard was just a magician!
You should check out prime Santi Cazorla dribbling he used to dribble with both feets something I wished Hazard also did who was awesome but I would take Cazorla over him because cazorla is still consistent in smaller league
Hazard was great, but niether him nor Neymar would be those in charge of the era if Messi and Cr7 never existed. Suarez, Benzema, Lewandowski, Modric, Bale, Salah and then Hazard probably. Hazard got were he was due to incredible natural talent, the man never trained and doesn`t seem like he worked out a lot. so i don`t think it is because the PL is more draining, he would have been as drained in every other league as he was never good at taking care of his body.
Madrid priority was Vin jr don’t blame them but he don’t fit Madrid. Madrid is where player over 30 to fail just like bale and and hazard. I think that’s why Ronaldo leave.
Some people do not have the best body type to carry them on a professional level. Even R9 who in my opinion is the best striker of all time had serious health issues in his thirties. Prime Hazard was ballon d'or level 100%
He failed in la Liga because la Liga is a much better league he played in the prem against run and insha'Allah defenders where he can out think them he moved to a technically superior league and now the smarter defenders had his number.
The reason he wasnt as good anymore was cause of fellow belgian thomas meunier who injured him and he never really recoverd from it. After that tackle hazard hasnt been the same anymore😔 so meunier basicly ruined it for his own country messing up hazard😔
eden hazard was good but im sorry salah was just better, eden hazard most league goals - 19 goals, mo salah least premier league goals, -19 goals, there are levels to this games
I remember seeing a stat of the most dribbles from 2010-18 i think, he was second behind Messi with the most dribbles. That's insane because he came second while playing in the "toughest" league in the world.
he actually is the only person to statistically outdribble messi in a season, and not only did he do it once, he did it back to back years. Truly a special player
If de maria didn’t exist messi would had retired from the argentina team a long time ago. The only player close to ronaldo was bale but lacked leadership
Hazard failed at madrid imo because of the intense training of real madrid. Hazard wasn't a trainer at all, woulda done so much magic if he went to Barcelona, a team that caters for natural talents, neymar, messi etc
