Last couple seasons much more than a 10. Similar style to Modric but De Bruyne goes out wide a lot too for them crosses. He's definitely a magician tho
@@daquaviousbingleton9763 nah I’ve met and know a lot of older men who have supported city since the 70s and 80s, yes the fan base has gotten massive over the last decade but they still had fans and there’s a lot of them in Manchester
also in the bundesliga the time he played in wolfburg they made the CL i think the year they went he left for man city mourinhio must be kicking himslef for letting him go but then again i dont think he fits the way mourinhio plays now a day
Kevin is acc so underrated in the game as in not many talk about him because of the glamour and fame of others. Real football lovers will always remember these kinds of players, other examples…Iniesta, Xavi
The word underrated is so overused these days,he's fairly rated he's now regarded as one of the best pl players ever and he just came 3rd in the ballon dor rankings
@@footygoatz7552 see the guy above? This is what we mean, the moment we compare him to gerrard, scholes, lampard and other great midfielders in Prem modern day players just get shit on
People need to stop bringing up Messi when Kevin’s passing is brought up. Kevin’s passing is miles clear that it is genuinely disrespectful to even compare that aspect of their game.
I’m lucky enough to watch him most weeks live as I’m a City season ticket holder, he is without a shadow of doubt the most complete midfielder I have ever seen, he can do it all and make it look beautifully effortless all at the same time, he’s been the best player in the Premier League for the last 5 seasons, a true great, I’ll miss him when he finally hangs up his boots, impossible to replace.
Master of long range shots and passes, tremendous vision, top accuracy and excellent use of both feet. The best midfielder in the world and arguably one of the best of all time.
The thing that's amazing about KDB is not only his field vision and accuracy, but what they call the weight of the ball he delivers. He knows instinctively whether the pass needs to be a little late-breaking floater, that settles in front of his teammate like a balloon, or whether it needs to come in off the ground at speed so that his teammate's header will ricochet in too quick for the goalie to react. His game has all those little nuances. The skill level is ridiculous. Nice reaction video fellas, I enjoyed it 🙂
the Sky Blue team he plays for is Manchester City and the team he is playing for in Red is Belgium (international), and the Green and white team is Wolfsburg (he played for them before Man City) He is an attacking midfielder usually played in a central attacking position or slightly wide, he is a play maker that is one of the best passers ever, and can also score great goals, very very good player
The way he curves the ball is precisely like curving the ball on a pool table; only his foot is the stick. Also, he is figuring out the angles while the ball is in motion. Sometimes it is hard to believe this isn't a movie with special FX.
Kevin De Bruyne is one of Belgium's best ever... he and Eden Hazard of Belgium have been lethal in competitions, but Belgium has always fallen short, coming in 3rd in WC 2018. De Bruyne has been a key player for UK club Manchester City, helping them win the English Premiere League title a few times.
The fact that he's not known overseas is again a sign that he is underrated. He should of won a Ballon D'or at some point, but now it's not going to happen anymore.
I just love having De Bruyne at Man city .. 100% my favourite player of all time , besides being insanely talent and on a whole nother level then most, he also leads our team as captain in a lot of the games at City and is by far our most well rounded and consistsent player ever.
Finallllllyyyyyyy!!!!!! Been telling y'all!!! Y'all need to listen cos I've been waiting for this for ages😂 KDB is like the least flashy of all the greats and yet he oozes sauce!
De Bruyne is the equivalent of a Peyton Manning. Knows exactly where everyone IS on the field, knows exactly where everyone will BE on the field, and also has the ability to put the ball on a dime with defenders in the way and draping off the pass catcher. Instinctual brains and extreme talent w/o having the be the most athletic freak on the field.
De Bruyne’s curving skills are beyond amazing. Jaw dropping. You should see him in that one collab video he did with Dude Perfect. Bro was curving the ball effortlessly 🔥🔥🔥
Don't know if you guys seeing this but he is doing this with BOTH feet, the passing and scoring. THAT is the incredible part ;-) He plays as an offensive midfielder and is regarded as the best in the world for his field position
@@gelloca2813Ramos is clear sorry. He’s played the highest level of players. Messi will retire one day and say Ramos was the toughest defender he’s ever faced. He literally won an award over maldini the other day
Legend......and his story makes him even greater......after coming to Chelsea from Genk he couldnt break into first team, he went to Wolfsburg proved himself and got transfer to City rest is perfect history
This man can play football like he's playing golf. Inch perfect passes are nothing to him. By far, best belgian player ever. Hope we can enjoy him ballin' for a little while. What a guy. Go Kev!
De Bruyne is amazing! He is one of the reasons that Man City is so dominate in the PL right now. As a mid he effects the whole game. Belgium will be a tough team in the World Cup
to curve the ball you hit the outside of the ball. but to do it like kevin takes unbelievable technique. the weight of pass is incredible to and the vision just to see the pass.
As an American that got into soccer late in life KDB and Sergio Aguero (His VID would be an excellent watch) are why I started watching Premier League and Manchester City.
He is playing for Manchester City as a midfielder he is the best passer of the ball and a king of assists. Haaland joined Manchester City this season he is playing with De Bruyne and their combination is deadly I think you should consider watching their recent highlights
I stumbled on your channel because I love watching reaction videos to soccer from people who didn’t grow up with it. I have to give you guys props. It honestly warms my heart to see how you guys have gotten hip to so many things about the game in such a short time. The fact that you are just as impressed with a good pass as you are with a great goal shows you really are getting it. And I also dig that you make basketball comparisons…especially on the dribbling videos…because people are out there “breaking ankles” in soccer as well. I don’t know if you guys know, but NBA Hall of Famer, Steve Nash grew up playing soccer and it influenced him as a point guard in the NBA. Side note- If you haven’t already, you need to watch Maradona’s goal against England in the ‘86 World Cup where he dribbled through half the English squad (literally) to score one of the greatest goals in World Cup history. And Side Note 2- One of you all mentioned LeBron owns a piece of an English team. It’s Liverpool. Keep loving Soccer. #Respect
If you realise how accurate he is with BOTH FEET SOOTING for a midfielder and the power he delivers with both feet not a lot of players can do that. If you want a goal scorer search he's old team mate up Sergio Aguero. Them 2 playing together for Man City fire.
KDB is the second best passer behind Messi and probably the best box to box midfielder in the world. Also he is among the rare few who are 2 footed, amazing!
Nah messi cant pass like debruyne. He is even more technical than messi considering he does this with both feet even shooting. I don't even consider messi a better footballer honestly. Just different positions
@@TumoOsupengIAMdmtII Thats what makes football so great, the fact that you can appreciate players abilities and have your own opinion. Being 2 footed is game changing which is why I work on this while coaching my son. Respect bro
@@TumoOsupengIAMdmtII you lots don’t watch Messi and it clearly shows, stats says it all Messi > De bryune. Messi been the best playmaker for years now What are you talking about?
He is the best play maker/ assister in the English Premier League he is so precise I call him Mr precision. He is from Belgium and was sidelined by Chelsea FC on the bench before moving to German league and return to EPL to play for Manchester City where he won 5 EPL plus other titles in 7 years. He is not a striker but they will unfortunately give him space because they are expecting him to pass the ball to the striker and he will take advantage of dat by striking from outside the box with precision.
You got to see only his on the ball and offensive performance, but he's also a beast defensively. Never stops running, creating chaos and space all over the field when he doesn't have the ball. A complete athlete.
He is the best passer CURRENTLY, I have seen some better passers though but he is for sure in the top 10 passers all time, possibly top 5 (that I have seen) The best passers I have seen Short range: Xavi Mid Range : Pirlo Long Rage: Xabi Alonso Through balls: Riquelme Crossing : David Beckham I will say though KDB is world class at all these ranges, crossing and with through balls, true beast mode
Great show young men, the beautiful game, de,bryne is fearless attacking midfielder, creator on ball in the game, og here that facing, Larry, Michael, Dr J ,physical beast mode played back in day, loved to be his just jelly, butter ice
No credit taken away from De Bruyne but almost all footballers at top level can curve the ball What makes Kevin an outlier is the weight he puts on his passes. That and his vision for the game makes him the best passer of this generation
messi and de bruyne are the best passers in the world rn, i'd give the edge to messi for the consistency(he has crazy passes every single game) and craftiness of his passes.
you gotta really understand soccer to appreciate his passes, his placement is top tier. His crosses are so close to the keeper but still out of reach and his ground passes are the same w defenders and he leads his teammates perfectly w unreal weight on the pass.
KDB is a cheat code footballer. Makes any team better. You should watch videos of some of the older maestro's. Pirlo, Guti, Rui Costa, Scholes, Gerrard, Kaka and some more recent ones like Kroos, Modric, Iniesta, Busquets. You'll enjoy watching those guys. Made beautiful football look simple.
KDB is the new type of midfielder, we used to call them a number 10 (play maker) The play maker is dead - KDB is a complete player - Attack, defence, box to box, whatever you need he'll provide.
