I wish my dad would’ve been involved in my gymnastics as a little girl like you are with her. I was self taught very young doing flips in an empty room in the house with concrete floors. One day my dad finally took me to an actual gymnastics practice. After showing them what I got, they brought me out to the parents waiting room and said “whose child is this!” with their hand on my head. My dad thought I was in trouble. No. They were blown away by my skills. It was the first time I’ve ever felt seen and noticed for my hard work. They wanted me to join their elite team. I’ve never experienced something like that. Sadly my dad stopped taking me to practice after only a couple classes, because he only cares about himself. Alcoholic. Narcissist. Manipulative. That’s my biggest regret is getting pulled out. I would’ve made it to the Olympics. I’m sure of it. I bet I wouldn’t have gone down the path I did if my dad would’ve just been there for me. 21 and an addict of 5 and a half years now.
I feel the same but with ballet. The teachers raved about me and they told my mom to keep me in classes but she didn’t. I had a natural talent that was never cultivated. I told myself as an adult I have to take a dance class just for my inner child bc she deserves it. It’s never too late to try even if it’s just for fun !🙂
I LOVE that "It takes two to make a thing go right" is playing in the background at the beginning! That she will settle for nothing less than perfection says SO MUCH about her already!! And yes, that hug for daddy was priceless!! 💖
I will forever be in love with these father-daughter moments and experiences. My dad is my best friend, he's 62 and im 34. He is my bestie for life and I'll always trust him with my life. Happy father's day! Yall keep shining ❤
I think the crowd and new environment is getting to her. I remember BREAKING DOWN before going on stage for big cheer comps, its overwhelming. You got this Jayden
This is extremely difficult, not only for the body, but mind as well. I can’t believe how strong she is for pushing through fear and what she thinks is impossible to do. When you encourage her it is so beautiful because that’s all she needs. You are both incredible and she will forever remember these moments with her dad ❤
Wow 🤯 Her determination and mental tenacity is superhuman. You can tell lil mama LOVES this. And it's a pleasure to watch her grow in her craft! Good work Tribe 👏
What an awesome team! Sir, it does my heart good to see how you turned her attitude around and made her believe in herself ❤. We need more of that 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Most women are terrified to be thrown in the air like that depending on one person to catch them. This isn’t healthy! She clearly is doing it because of the happy positive reinforcement she gets after doing well but she’s clearly a scared little girl and rightfully afraid. IMO she’s too young for this. Just let kids be kids and not cash cows for their parent’s RU-vid pages. She’s just a child. She doesn’t have to train to be an elite flyer. She can just be a child. Flying is no joke. It’s very scary. I feel like everyone is clapping because they like to see an active father but this is dangerous for anyone on a daily basis without harnesses or anything at the expense of her little life. Anything can happen, even though you tell her you’d never let her fall, anything can happen. Don’t let your ego and yt channel cloud actually valuing her concerns.❤❤
I think she’s doing this for you, and might think she has to do it. She looks scared a lot of the time. She looks happy sometimes but not usually when she’s off the ground.
lol did you say “the man on social media is triggering me!” I think he’s toxic af, But calling CPS when they can’t even keep up with insane abuse they deal with on a daily basis is unhinged
She’s gotten so much older! Dang I remember watching Jordan Matter’s video with you and Brit Hertz a long time ago! She has grown up to be this GORGEOUS young lady❤❤ keep working hard Jayden❤❤❤
