they absolutely could bear to do more good modules, really a shame

This module update is so funny because Rosa got a buff in the way that mattered and Utage got +4% Atk and Defense

Personally, I think S3 is good in its own way. For example, S3 is damage per second so ASPD debuffs won't matter to her. It's also a good long bind for a small sp count of 30. Although its a quick dps skill compared to long duration + high damage of S2. It is certainly a good skill, depending on the situation. I'm an S3 enjoyer myself, and I usually use her as a crowd control. I can't deny that S2 is a more viable option for damage, but most of the time, I use her against bosses so her crowd control is good for stalling and bypassing aspd debuff like the Emperor's blade black cloud.

s3 is for runny bois, not heavy bosses

@@wiseSYW don't forget. Most bosses now has resistance to stun, freeze and other cc ability except bind. Witch make her s3 an incredible option against them.

Rosa's S3 is one of the best crowd control abilities in the game. If you didn't need her for dps you would use her S3 whenever possible.

Because most things want to kill me, S2 is for things that just stand there menacingly, but S3 stops them before they stop my heartbeat.

While this is previously true, her new module gives her so much extra damage that she's now a tier above even your favorite single-target art dealers like Surtr (not exactly single-target) and Goldenglow, when it comes to dealing with extremely high def and res enemies. She can singlehandedly tear down Patriot's first phase in H7-4 (60k HP and no landmines) within less than a single activation of her 2nd skill (Surtr needs 2 deployments), and even outside of her skills, her auto attack now hits like a truck. Admittedly, she benefits much less from buffs, since her S2 is a sustained DPS skill with a very long duration. Her S3 is still very much buffable though.

Duh this is the point of Rosa. High range, high attack, high dp cost, but also consistent like a normal sniper. If Rosa's problem is that her damage is too consistent compared to some casters, I'll gladly live with that. Beats having one of my faves (Windflit) be such an inconvenient and limited use operator whose job can be replaced by literally any other buffer.

Well yes, I can agree to this. But for certain situation like guard or caster ban tag on CC, or certain enemies just needed to be delt with from a far or you shouldn't burst them (eggs in previous CC #9), Rosa niche work incredibly well. Her s3 can bind, witch is really useful for going against bosses that is particularly like to move. It even more incredible when most bosses now has immunity to stun and freeze.
