Reo Mikage for me is the Perfect midfield in the blue lock . he is perfectly fit as a Central Midfielder. but as a Striker Shidou's weapon is still the best in Blue Lock.

There is a misconception in this vid, Reo didn't copy meta vision, he was developing his own meta vision over the course of the Manshine game. He didn't even know it existed Isagi even stated that he was attaining and using it subconsciously. Reo can't copy spatial awareness techniques so while he is still a monster, going along with your other points it goes to show that meta vision is the actual strongest weapon atm

It's important to note that Reo didn't copy Metavision. Isagi notes that Reo has been using it subconsciously, much like he himself did in a couple of occasions. Metavision is atainable for Reo because he has high soccer IQ and an analytical prowess on par with people like Isagi, Kaiser and Sae, who are also Metavision users.

Crazy how Reo's 99% led him to the final shot by Yukimiya, but that 1% couldn't predict how he shot it.

A sleeper pick is lowkey Shidou’s weapon in being able to score by NOT EVEN LOOKING AT THE GOAL. I mean realistically he’s one of if not the most pure striker we’ve seen in the entire manga. Being able to score a goal at any angle, any speed, with or without looking inside the penalty box is extremely crazy.

There's a reason why almost everyone uses Reo as a base for "Making the best player" videos, and this video entails it pretty well. Maybe because it's linked to his prestigious backstory, Reo has shown far better adaptability than any other BL player in the shortest amount of time and by simply watching others. If he continues to steadily grow, we could see him eventually replicate insane stuff, like Nagi's 5-shot, Rin's midfield snipe, Kunigami's cannonball, etc. And let's be honest... If he underwent serious training, perhaps similar to what Kunigami went through but to model himself after other players, he could essentially not only be a jack-of-all-trades, but a master at all of them.

His weapon is a watered down version of Kise's Perfect Copy so of course it'll be OP. Having a deep bag is as important as excelling in one thing in my opinion and people like Kise and Reo are one of those people who have a really, really deep bag if given enough time.

Yeah I agree Reo's weapon to copy is the best. There's a reason why there are so many power fantasy manhwas/mangas such as "Talent Copycat" or "SSS-Class Suicide Hunter" where the protagonist has the ability to copy other abilities

This was my thought as well. Notice how all the strong players struggle when forming a team. Kaiser and Isagi fight between themselves and the last arc was about Isagi vs Yukimiya, before that Isagi and Barou were fighting and devouring one another. Itoshi Sae and Shido demanded his team match his standards and fell out with the U-20 squad. Chigiri still has that old injury and like many young football players in the real world that had potential but dropped, Chigiri is likely to fall in that category. Reo's skill essentially allows him to adapt to ANY squad. It's the reason why even when Nagi left him, he was able to form an impressive team with Chigiri and Kunigami. Reo has shown to attack, pass, and defend. Reo and Nagi are the big duo right now, but frankly Reo could probably form a strong chemical reaction with anyone. If Reo was the main character of this series it would be about how his chameleon skill would let him adapt to any situation and form victories. Isagi is like Messi, Barou is like Ronaldo, but Reo is like De Bruyne. One on one and as a striker Reo wouldn't stand against the other strongest players, but in terms of building a squad Reo is absolutely the most valuable.

I honestly like Reo's development and hopefully he gets out of this Nagi simp mindset of only being a midfielder that will help Nagi become the best in the world. Because during the first selection arc, in the Nagi spinoff novel, even Ikki Niko had better field vision than he did, and now he's toe to toe with Isagi's vision and was even one step further than him during the end of the Manshine vs Bastard match

Of course it all depends on where the writer wants to take the story (characters such as Nagi, Barou, Chigiri, Kunigami, Bachira, Rin and of course Isagi are probably, and desrvedly ahead of Reo in terms of story importance) but theres definitely a direction where Reo learns "meta vision" (his version) and trains his body to be more apt to copy physical abilities. That way towards EOS, Reo could truly stand apart from Nagi because he can do everything everyone else can, just slightly different.

Definitely agree. I view Metavision as sand in a boxing glove. It can help you punch way harder, however if you don't have the stats to put that into good use it doesn't benefit you.

Reo didn’t copy Meta vision Reo was developing his own meta vision subconsciously and while that is the case the level that Kaiser and Isagi is at with their meta vision is not something that can be copied. Also remember Isagi’s spatial awareness and meta vision lets him adapt to literally every play style or special weapon. So basically the stronger his appointments are the greater the monster/egoist you create within Isagi and we’ve seen this from the start right up until he devoured Kaiser with Noel Noah’s help

I am very biased, but I think the most broken weapon is Aiku's eyes in defense. The fact that he is able to predict and read the moves of players even the ones stronger than him where he can conclude he won't win against them 1v1 is amazing. His skills, technique and physique is holding him down into not being able to beat them in 1v1 but if he is able to increase these I think this weapon is the most broken to the point where no striker will ever score.

Tbh isagi didnt have physical capabilities to match his own meta vision and lowered its use but rep being able to pass isagis meta vision for even a play was impressive

I'd say Reo's copying skills and Isagi's perfected Metavision is the most op weapon to have. If u think about it, Reo & Isagi is quite similar. They adapt. Isagi's more of a genius in adaptability and Reo has better physicality.

Copy is awesome but we've seen how much better players that specialize in their own weapons are. It's better to be the best in one thing than be a little bit below everyone else in the other. However that is only from a striker snd individual perspective. Reo is definitely an extremely valuable player

This is a list of my top 5 weapons. (My opinion) 5. Shidou His version of spatial awareness is cracked. Being able to have a zone which is the entire box makes him arguably the best pure striker in my opinion. 4. Nagi The first touch is one of the best offensive weapons introduced in the manga and has enabled him to get past even the best of defenders 3. Chigiri/Loki Speed is always a op ability in football but in blue lock it's been shown how useful speed really is. He has used it to cause defenders massive problems best showcased in the manshine city game Vs bastard munchen 2. Reo To be able to copy most weapons to a 99 percent rate is probably the most op weapon. Certain feats have been to copy nagi, aiku, yukimiya gyro shot, metavision and more 1. Metavision Isagi in the flow has used metavision to control everybody on the field including the number 1 player in the world Noel noa and Chris prince the no. 2. It also seems like all the top tier players have metavision for example: isagi, Kaiser, Sae etc.

Imagine Reo gets to the point where he can copy 99,999% of a play or weapon and even mix them. For example, he could shoot a ball that spins like yukimiya’s gyro ball and moves fast like Kaiser impact.

reo has meta vision yes but he uses his slightly different from isagis he uses his to find openings and goals for nagi but that’s just my opinion

I agree but i have a theory, all players that awaken meta vision have unique versions based on their weapons, thats why kaiser got outplayed by kaiser.. Isagi prob has the strongest because he has one of if not the best spacial awareness. Also this was isagis first time using meta vision yet he still crushed kaiser so imagine when he gets fully used to it.

To me, Kaiser Impact isn't the best weapon, but more of a useful one, cause unlike most people who need time to wind up shots, adjust and stuff, as soon as Kaiser sees an opening, he has the capability to score an almost guaranteed goal by making an instantaneous shot

So i would like to state that yes, Reo did escape the meta vision but, to completly escape it you need your physical ability higher to completly escape it. Even tho Reo escaped, it didnt affect the play so maybe we will see later if Reo can get better and actually surpass meta vision. For now meta vision is definetly the most broken ability in blue lock but i still think that blue lock will get more insane because there are already abilitys that are like inhumane.
