I stopped playing the game a while ago, but I still come back to these videos whenever you upload. That's how you know you're a genuinely entertaining RU-vidr.

While I'm not a fan of PvP, I'm somewhat excited to be able to choose when I want to fight so I can practice more.

Honestly I've always found it impressive how Cliff can turn a rather salty and toxic PvP environment into a really fun story to listen to.

If you are "bad" at pvp then i am negative skilled in pvp. Reaction time slow. Manuevering skills 0 Aim skill issue. Anything else? Probably bad.

I love how people think getting killed in sea of thieves is because "im bad at pvp" no it's because there were three of them and one of you.

The difficulty I've always had with solo slooping is shortly after combat begins I have to be off the cannons to either course correct or repair damage during which time I am doing NO damage to the enemy and they are continuing to fire on me. I have practiced against a skeleton galleon a few times but at best...I manage to run away without sinking.

Loving these videos! I quit playing a while ago as I'm awful at PVP (combination of disability affecting my reaction times and poor eyesight) and it just drove me crazy to get killed all the time when I just wanted to find chests and buy cute clothes lmao 🤣

Huge congrats on reaching 200k, man! With the quality content you upload it's no wonder this channel is flying up the numbers. These solo videos in particular always crack me up, even though I'm sad Captain "Aw Hell Yeah" didn't get his revenge on the Reapers. :')

After a few hours of grinding the new pvp mode, its refreshing to watch your take on it. Narration and storyboards on point as always.

Is it rare to spawn shrouded ghost random in open sea ??

As of the new season sloops can't be sunk.

The biggest struggle I have with solo pvp is when you die, and you have 2 people camping you on your sinking ship. And for whatever reason, it decides to spawn me right next to them each time.

Me all the time I beat people inn pvp they just run after that I know annoying

Hardest thing about solo is fighting someone but not noticing the rock coming up

… i’d describe pvp in Sea of Thieves as one of two things, separated EXCLUSIVELY by what system you are playing on. Xbox, if you even find another crew thats amazing. Pc… my god the toxicity is insane.

Today was another shitty day in Sea of ​​Thieves. Farmed normally, I want to get the coral steering wheel and all that, so I started farming chilled. No loot on board, a Reaper Sloppe starts chasing me. I announced no loot, but they sank me anyway. Two players vs me as a solo. Why the fucking hell are sloops two player ships and not solo. You don't have a trick as a solo player against two players on a sloop. Of course there was a fight, but I held them off for 40 minutes with evasive maneuvers. In the end I lost anyway and it sucked. I love PvP in games, but still being insulted while the ship is going down without loot on it is such a typical day in Sea of Thieves again. I love PvP but why learn in Sea of ​​Thieves. Why the insult? In short, I'm not in the mood for such a game. In World of Warcraft, or any other game, I don't have that offensive style. You die, keep playing, and don't get flamed hard. I'll uninstall the game after the review, I'm not in the mood for it anymore. Might be worth playing if you can report offending people and get them banned too. Until then, no thanks.

Saddest Galleon - fight I've ever seen. Usually -if you fight a Gally with a solo - sloop - you are gonezo the moment you enter their broadside. If they are a well oiled machinery at least 3 cannons will make swiss cheese out of your vessel (3x10 cannon balls = 30 shots fired at your ship in rapid succession...) while the fourth boards you. Usually an act of 1 minute max.

as some one who is struggling as a solo sloop adventurer, (who just saved up to buy his own sloop) its reached a point where i just cant bring myself to respawn anymore,(having a crew of 3 spawn camping most of your respawn spots while they shame me for not having friends, general toxic slurs for being a noob captain as my ship slowly burns down and sinks, is just not worth) 9/10 crews that sunk me are always 3-4 players (my co op friends can only play 1-2 days a week so i have to go solo to make gold) my worst day was yesterday where i got sunk 10 times within 4 hours (7 of which where pvp, (also losing the kracken, skeleton sloop and galleon emergent event) scuttling and server hopping every combat encounter. its reached a point where idk what to do anymore i cant even go beach combing for scraps with out some one some how finding me it seems. i did not know becoming a real ship captain makes you so much more of a target.

I always like to come back to these videos after getting harassed by a brig or gally, as a solo sloop. Kinda like today lol

Sloops overall can't catch bigger ships running, but bigger ships can't easily catch sloops if they go into the wind. So runners are annoying for everyone and not especially for solo's I'd say.

I stopped playing this game after getting solo double gally skellied over and over. Buuut this vids still a banger Mr. Cliff.

I love how you run rings around 4 players, outplaying them at a lot of turns. Yet all they do is shout and curse back. Shows you what noobs they really are XD.

The match maker didnt work at all for my friend and I and the seas were empty yesterday. Must be problems with the new update. We took advantage of that and made TONS of gold

Sea of thieves is definitely one of those games that is much better when you have a full crew, but some of the most iconic moments I have ever had were playing solo.

Imagine being on that toxic galleon, realizing Chris was going to end your entire career. 1v4.

Worst part of solo pvp, getting jumped as soon as you log on then having the ship that sunk you immediately log out when they see you coming for them on the horizon, denying you revenge.

Since when are you bad at pvp? I thought you were an avid fan of the reapers and had tons of experience? You're doing pretty well in this video too
