Lolly the hen was born in a hatchery among countless other chicks destined to be exploited by the egg industry. She spent the first years of her life enduring the misery of a barren, overcrowded battery cage on a factory farm-just like millions of other egg-laying hens around the world. But unlike so many of her sisters, Lolly's story would take a turn for the better.

This is an incredibly powerful film. Everyone needs to take 10 minutes out of their day to learn about the egg industry's cruel secrets. Animals deserve so much better! 💔

I wish this was required to watch. So heartbreaking - people need to know where (WHO) their food comes from.

Hello, thank you for making this film. I have shared it with several of my friends. One of which, has argued with me that this isn't the "norm" and the majority of the hens that produce the eggs that we consume in America are not treated this way. What percentage of the commercially farmed eggs that are consumed in the United States operate in a similar manner to the battery style of life that is depicted in your film?
