Tip on how I lost over 100 pounds when I once weighed 300 pounds afer my 4th child, was I did intermittent fasting, and jump roped everyday and positive affirmations!!!

Great that the twins are practising yoga with Dianna. I hope it's something they all continue for life, yoga is a fabulous discipline. Wow! That's a nice mountain trail and great family activity. If I had access to a trail like that, I'd go as often as I could. I used to work out religiously and eat extremely healthy. I remember that feeling of pride and self confidence when I got in shape and was able to wear things that looked good on me. I wish I was like that again. I totally understand how you feel. You look amazing and your personality has brightened. Keep up the good work, I admire what you've done!
Your make over is fantastic, your eyes & makeup. The outing was great for your entire family. Everyone looks like they enjoyed the sun at least the kids did but you look like the sun & heat bothered you. Henry was enjoying the heat. Stay in the light & love. ❤love❤

Girl congrats on the marathon training, I’ve also been training and it’s a commitment! I think you mean hiking, not mountain climbing. You can do it and your family can too! Just make sure if you go hiking to be prepared. Bring water, snacks and food and layers. Know where you are going and do not rely on your phone gps as it is often wrong and can be dangerous when hiking, especially if you are on a less touristy trail. People have to be rescued all the time here in Canada and the Pacific Northwest, mostly because they are not prepared.
You have accomplished a lot, Dianna. You look strong, healthy, and beautiful. You are also teaching your kids how to live and eat healthy, how to persevere in achieving your goals and how to be disciplined. Your husband is very proud of you also. We are proud of you too! ❤

광교산을 저도 등산해 보았는데, 가장 평이한 곳입니다. 마을 뒷동산으로는 매우 좋은 곳입니다. 앞으로 좀 더 난이도가 높은 산을 도전할 수 있겠네요. 낮기 때문에 정상인 형제봉에서 경치는 제한되어 있어서 별로 장쾌하지 않습니다. 등산로 를 따라 밧줄이 묶여 있는 이유는 주로 자연 보호 때문입니다. 줄로 경계를 만들지 않으면 등산로가 확장되어서 자연 파괴가 심하죠. 잘 보았습니다.
