You got to make it then an even slower process to change your eating habits. I'm a binge eater but can get my butt in the gym 2 to 3 times a week and do some extra cardio during the weekend. But I have been struggling to eat right. So I went back to fasting since it helps me to be more disciplined. It's so hard, I want a burger and candy all the time.😂

This makes me wish to be little again with my grand parents. They always gave us each $10 when we visited. Then again on our birthday, plus presents. Christmas was actually little, with either PJ'S or a new blanket. This makes me miss those days Soooo much! ❤❤
