The local top tourney players in my area (Element games, Stockport - something of a hub of champions in the UK) are currently running 3 Fire Prisms.

Asurmen and the Dire Avengers in a serpent are mvps for me, but that probably has more to do with the armies I fight against.

My last 2 games Autarch on foot with Guardian Defenders has been an auto include. I spread them out on my home objective to farm CP and Fate Dice in relative safety. Give the Autarch the Missle Launcher and he can do some nice damage from the safety of your home territory 😊

I suspect the Wraithknight is 510 specifically so it can't be put in strategic reserves, specifically so it can't come on the table edge and start blastin with Wraithcannons and Fate Dice. I can kinda understand it, but not when it prohibits the Ghostglaive/Suncannon/Shield setups As for the Hemlock ... it at least had something going for it in previous editions. Its actually wild to think that its D-Scythes were Torrent at some point, but it really needs 3+ to hit and an actually good Battle shock ability or lethality boost (Lethal Hits, Devastating Wounds)

Fin. Audio was crackly at the start but smoothed out (or my brain filtered it out after a while). Aeldari Supremacy starts with Iyanden becoming OP as a basic rule in 40K and Proxy Hammer making an Iyanden/Corsair list for the lols.

The 6 fate dices are just ridiculous with statistically 1 six, 1 five and 1 four usable, and the rest needing a big investment in farseers, plus additional units just to generate a bit more. I would love they turn it to 9 again. I played against Sisters once, and with similar army rule, my opponent had 20 miracle dices to spend in the whole game. For warp spiders, I think they could limit flickerjump to once per game, although they are so fragile. And for wave serpent, I remember Liam VSL and other competitive players taking one in their lists for a while, probably to use it as shelter for not lone-operative characters and for fragile aspect warriors

Going to build a corsair force with the legends jump corsairs equipped with shardcarbine and splintercannon, drop in and Bladestorm infantry 🤭

Never mind the recent nerfs, I'm still salty that my shuriken catapults lost their 24" range and Follow Fire ability! And star cannons still aren't back to 3 shots! My Warp Hunter and Iryllith will likely languish on the shelf until they get legend-ed - but they're still pretty. I should probably use them as proxies...

Warp Spiders are the absolute definition of glass cannon. One misplay and they go up in smoke. 115 points was fine. 135 is insane. I'm really hoping we can keep our Wraith Knight variants, Imperial and Chaos Knights get 20(?) different types so why can't we have 3? I think the Warlock bike conclave is actually a decent bodyguard unit and is nasty into most infantry up close. If it was 90 points it would be better though. I keep looking for ways to get Asurmen into a list but, putting him on a backfield objective with 5 Dire Avengers seems a waste of his potential. A big unit of 10 wants a Wave Serpent and I need/want those points elsewhere. I think Wraithguard are now a very desirable unit to have in your army, given how tight the terrain layouts are. 18" range isn't as bad as it seems, especially if you can bait the overwatch before moving them. They don't care about line of sight as much as they're infantry and walk straight through walls. Fire and fade is very good if you just stand them the other side of the wall they moved through. They hit like a freight train and then just go back through the wall.

For vindicare assassin: just everyone play illic for a month after agents release, teach the mon-keigh that vindicare is dead points against us until they stop bringing him. Then you stop playing him. This also sounds silly but fucking around with falcon, i found out eldrad + fuegan out of falcon is something opp doesn’t want to deal with if u go first 🤣 honestly not competitive but fun as hell to let them duo some shit

Does the rule of the Crimson Hunter against fly Models count for the riptide and other tau Units?

Just give us battle focus as our army rule. SOF is always going to cause salt in the marine and lesser xenos players.

i hope you are wrong but fear you are right about shadow specters going to legends. i really like the model and the unit itself on the table top so i hope we get a plastic kit instead of it getting dumped into legends

RE: Death Jester, i am pretty sure the rules state you can't complete an action if you are battleshocked. Now i don't know for sure if that's the case with secondaries but primaries like scorched earth you do fail the action if you get battle shocked
