i actually always do the cave with an arthro, you dont get attacked and there usually is enough space, besides one tunnel, so its a whole lot easier

Tbh, this cave for me is the EASIEST cave ever. All u rly need is decent amount of health and a full set of prim ghille. Although u do need to go quite fast, it’s rly easy. And u only take 3 hp per tick too

When I don’t cheese the swamp cave, I normally use a gigantopithecus, they are great tanks and do more damage than a wolf. At lvl 1 they have more health and do more damage. Also they can wear helmets
