1kg Desalted Cod ( any with fish will work)

2l Water
500ml Milk
6 Garlic cloves
3 Bay Leaves

2 Red Chilli (30g)

1 Red pepper (100g)

15g Panko
Bechamel:
50g Butter
50g Flour
2 Bay Leaves
50g Mozzarella Cheese
1 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tsp onion paste
Brown sugar
250ml Fish stock
250 ml milk from cooking the cod
Salt

Deboned Cod
Assembly:
300g Lasagna sheets
350g Mozzarella cheese
30g Parmesan grated
Bechamel

Amazing, looks so good. I have made many types of lasagna, traditional, traditional with kangaroo mince, mushroom ragout, eggplant, sweet potato and pumpkin, but never tried cooking a fish/seafood version. I am going to have to give this a go.
