Loved all three, my favourite would probably be the chicken salad topped pasta, could possibly drop 1/2 Tblsp of baby capers on top (I accidentally bought a 2 kg jar of capers instead of 200 g, so I am trying to find ways to add capers to everything) 😁 Great video, thank you!
If you cant eat it with your hands without knife and fork it is not a sandwich. Its dinner with bread. Delicious delious dinner with bread and damn respect your hard work! Just not a sandwich
I'm often lazy to comment but just wanna tell u that ur recipes are interesting, appreciate your content, it's a bit different than other channels. By the way, u Portuguese? Don't U have a signature dish with octopus tentacle or what it's called?
Thank you. You are very kind. I am Portuguese, and I have planned to do in September an octopus dish, so stay tuned for that. 😁 The dish you might be mentioning is "polvo a lagareiro" roasted octopus on olive oil and garlic with smashed roasted potatoes.
Nothing beats a proper Prego with bife da vazia (not as tender) or Bife do Lombo (that melts in your mouth), and you actually get to eat it with your hands. On 2nd place: Bifana. My favorite, definitely made with very thin slices and a lot of sauce (how people from Porto think it's called "à moda do Porto", but they're just apropriating something that the rest of the country does and pretending they invented it). I'll give francesinha a 3rd place if you want to consider it a sandwich.
Wow this recipe looks delicious! I usually make them with leftover chicken, but this is another level! Great content, I can't believe this channel is so undersubscribed. Subbed 👍👍👍
This looks good. But for me, a croquette (kroket) from a dutch pastry shop is the best food in the world. They are smooth and creamy with cubes of stewed veal.
Awesome, a must try, this paste would be great in Shakshouka. By the way, the seeds themselves contain no capsaicin (the chemical that makes the chili hot) it comes from the placenta which is the fleshy strip (often white to cream coloured) inside the fruit to which the seeds are attached. Removing the seeds is still a good idea though as they can be hard to digest!
Amazing, looks so good. I have made many types of lasagna, traditional, traditional with kangaroo mince, mushroom ragout, eggplant, sweet potato and pumpkin, but never tried cooking a fish/seafood version. I am going to have to give this a go.
Awesome dish and video, will have to try. That chicken mix with some added peas would also be banging with a range of different pastas. Thank you again!
