I always eat veggie samosas. From this one place they had chicken, beef and Veggie samosas. I always picked veggies because they are the cheapest. I eventually just started making them my self. But I had beef recently from that place and it was awesome. Now I'm here to make my own at home.
Am a New Sub here..AMAZING💯God Bless you chef Raphael for taking your time to make us better home cooks😘Kindly Chef can i use the same reciepe n ingredients for chicken filling and what other spices can i add?Thankyou
Chef Raphael, new subscriber here. Excellent videos. I first watched your video for making the bread for the Samosa. What type of oil are you using? I live in a apartment & would want a oil that's not going to be too smoky. Thank you.
Always wondered why my pockets ended up being soggy and yet it was the water from the mince, lol. Any ideas on how to deal with frozen mince not to generate all that water?
Hi this is a question I get a lot and I miss some of the many comments i receive. I get my utensils from different places and one store i mention is gg’s household and kitchenware on FB
I am American, so can you clarify what is meant by "mincemeat"? When I look this up, it is defined as something with a bunch of sweet spices, nuts, etc, and traditionally made with mutton. Do you mean this, or just ground meat? I am using ground lamb. Do you have any spice suggestions? Thanks. Love your channel!
Don't add oil and cook...use a little fatty mince and Cook with that fat and onion and greens got water... Black pepper powder..garlic and ginger powder and green pepper paste...and cook on low till mince cooked and most water evaporates..can add a little paprika for enhanced flavour..and green chilli paste instead of green pepper paste...salt... don't use onion and shallot..use either... it's nice to microwave mince with ginger garlic salt pepper powder...just to stiffen it and dry the water slightly when washed mince 😂.
