Been out riding, getting in shape. I dropped the bike & had a real hard time getting it back up, and that's with no luggage. If you see me by the side of a trail, and the bike is on the ground, please stop & lend me a hand :>))
can someone answer me why there are different maps of the trail? The one i've been looking at is much different, but im looking at it through a cycling facebook page
I don't know much about the cycling transamerica trail but I believe it's different the the dualsport motorcycle route. We followed the "official" transamerica trail moto route that was mapped out by Sam Correro. There's another very similar route that another guy has made based on Sam's route..
@@TheWilly350 hey! I watched your Hour long video as well, looks amazing. What a ride. Is it alright if I contact you about planning? You said it took three years to plan?
@@savage22bolt32 I really need to get back in shape haven't really gone riding in almost 2 years at this point but I would love to get out there by this coming Summer
@@SkinnySkinch Bro, I'm in the same boat. Today I was out riding, getting my reflexes & muscles back in shape. I was going to ride across a brook, but decided to turn around. Dropped the bike! It took me a half hour to drag it into position so I could stand it back up. All in all, it was still a great day of riding! (PS I'm retired) Edit: I just checked out your channel & watched the 1 minute vid from 3 years ago! Nice! I try NOT to go to fast anymore. Just fast enough to have some fun & get to my destination alive.
@@savage22bolt32 Haha dropping the bike and dealing with that is such a hassle and energy suck. If I crashed my bike in a hare scramble it would zap so much energy just picking the damn bike back up.
