Try using a string to get your arch it will bemore accurate of a radius rather than relying on the wood and nails.Tenon joints or even dowels would be a better choice to display true craftsmanship.
Shop class taught me to lower the bandsaw blade head to the thickness of the material so you can't trip and slice your face/body in two. You don't need two feet of blade exposed to cut 4 inches of material.
Nice work, except... Using a pair of pliers to screw in the pivot bolts 😮, and using a router for the final slots instead of the table saw that was used for all of the others. 🤦
