A trend with ttg is that whenever the animation style changes the entire section becomes halfway decent

Fun fact: Plastic Man actually did pretend to be a dress once in the comments, and Big Barda attempted to strangle him to death when she found out that the dress that was sent up to her room was actually Plastic Man being a creep.

My 57 year old dad wanted to see this movie because he actually enjoyed the show and he asked me to go with him. The movie had it’s annoying moments, however at least this movie was more enjoyable to watch than the 10 to 15 minute irritating episodes on Cartoon Network. I found myself laughing out load at the references, how they go back in time to make sure Batman’s parents were killed and the fact other hero’s don’t really see them as hero’s was a perfect plot in my opinion. Also I found myself singing the rap on occasion.

As much as TTG is hated the movie actually wasn't that bad! And Will Arnette made a good Slade!

it’s honestly kind of shocking that teen titans go has gotten a better audience as the show continued, partially because Cartoon Network keeps milking the hell out of it (shoutouts to you, Spilling Milk). I still don’t have much if any affinity for it but, for what it’s worth, I’m glad that the show is contributing to keeping the network alive, for better or for worse. although, while i think the movie was surprisingly decent, I don’t think the movie needed a theatrical release. This honestly seems like something worthy of just being aired on Cartoon Network from the beginning. Edit: I will add, I do think Raven stayed pretty consistent between classic and GO!, with a few exceptions, for her to be considered arguably the best character in both.

I watched this movie with my family when it came out, and I actually really enjoyed it!

Many of the flashes villains are silly. Mirror master, weather wizard, turtle man, the chunk, big sir and the fiddler. The Batman has Condiment King, Ten-Eyed Man, Kite-Man, The "Made of Wood" Killer, Polka-Dot Man, EggHead, Crazy Quilt and calendar man.

I **love** this cartoon. It doesn't even try to be like the original Teen Titans, which makes people hate it, but in being its own thing it becomes its own kind of great. And the movie is just the best example of that.

I had one of the most unusual experiences watching a movie in theaters with my father and older brother. Just to clarify, my older brother is autistic and has the mindset of a seven-year-old. We went to see "Teen Titans Go to the Movies" because he loves "Teen Titans GO." However, the movie had already started, so my brother was upset since he wanted to be in the theater before the previews began. Despite my dad insisting he had already paid for the tickets, my brother had no choice but to watch the movie. He started acting out and causing a scene, even though the theater was crowded. He was frustrated because he hadn't seen the previews and ended up getting really loud. He even expressed his frustration by saying hurtful things about our family and wishing for a different one. Years later, I joked about this incident with my parents. Strangely, my dad asked me to switch seats with my brother, and when I moved, I ended up stumbling in a rather obnoxious manner. Apart from my brother's behavior, another annoying aspect of the theater experience was a couple sitting on the far left who kept chatting. I couldn't tell if they were discussing us, the movie, or something else entirely. Eventually, we had to leave the movie early because my brother couldn't stay engaged. As we walked out, my dad's comments about my brother's behavior in the theater reinforced the need for him to be looked after.

the teen titan are kind of the bad guys here. at least if you're a mindless slave you don't menatyly suffer from getting overworked but they turned that mind control of it's now back to being a corpred slave who still gets overworked but actively feels it.
