In this video, we’ll explore the fascinating story of Hans Berger and his search to prove that telepathy is real. We’ll start with an introduction to telepathy and how it works. Then we’ll dive into the life of Hans Berger, a cavalryman in the German army who had a near-death experience that convinced him that telepathy was real. We’ll explore how this experience led him to become fascinated with the brain and how he went on to develop the first electroencephalogram (EEG) machine. Finally, we’ll discuss the legacy of Hans Berger and his contributions to our understanding of the brain and telepathy.
Harrison and Colin (The BCI Guys) are neurotech researchers and entrepreneurs dedicated to creating a brain-controlled future! Neurotechnology and brain-computer interfaces are devices that allow users to control machines with their thoughts and interact with technology in new ways. This revolutionary technology will change life as we know it, and soon will be as common as the touchscreen on your smartphone. Join us in learning about the brain-controlled future!

Hans always suffered from depression. It wasn’t because he was forced out of his position. Although, that was a contributing factor to his suffering. Other doctors and scientists were studying this phenomenon as well. He so happened to publish the first paper on it.

There are 7 types of brain Technology, including 1 Neuroengineering is the study of the brain and its nervous system from the point of view of engineering and technology and aims to develop tools and devices to help people with brain injuries or neurological diseases 2 Neuroscience is the study of the brain and its nervous system from the point of view of biological sciences and aims to understand the process of learning, memory, perception and other neurological functions 3 Brain-Computer Interface (BCI), a technology that allows people to interact with computers or electronic devices using the neural activity of the brain 4 Electroencephalography - EEG, which is a technique of recording the electrical activity of the brain using electrodes installed on the scalp and used to diagnose neurological diseases and study nervous activity 5 Magnetic resonance imaging - MRI, which is a brain imaging technique using a magnetic field and used to diagnose neurological diseases 6 Functional Near-Infrared Spectroscopy - fNIRS It is a technique for recording changes in blood flow to the brain using near infrared radiation and is used to study neural activity and analyze the brain 7 Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging - fMRI, which is a brain imaging technique using a magnetic field to identify areas that are active during the performance of neurological tasks and is used to study neuronal activity and medical diagnosis?

Thank you for this thoughtful reply. We usually use BCI as a shorthand for brain tech because it’s what most of our viewers come for but I hear your point and agree that brain tech is probably a better term. Thanks so much for putting this info here for everyone!

Brain-computer interface” is not an exact name. Brain technology is a better name because it encompasses a wide range of disciplines related to the study and application of the brain, including neuroscience, neural engineering, and brain-computer interfaces. In fact, "brain technology" is an umbrella term that covers: • Neuroscience - the study of how the brain and nervous system work. • Neuroengineering - applying engineering principles to understanding, managing, and repairing the brain and nervous system. • Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) - developing systems for direct communication between brains and computers. • Other disciplines such as Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Biology, etc. And his name is not a brain-computer interface. Its correct name is brain technology?

Nice video, but the host should do some more research into telepathy before saying that "We are sure that natural telepathy isn't real".
