A new attraction has opened in Manchester that invites people to destroy items such as games consoles, glass objects and televisions using a range of heavy blunt instruments.
Temper Tank offers a new way to relieve stress and let out any pent-up frustrations, by taking your emotions out on inanimate objects.
Visitors to the smash room, which is based in New Islington, are fitted with full safety gear, including a boiler suit, gloves, safety goggles and a helmet, before being let loose in the room.
