For me it's Betws-y-Coed in Snowdonia. Mainly because I'm from London but my Nan and Grandad were Welsh and I used to spend my summer holidays with them there. Still visit every year, my kids love it like I did.

Bibury in Gloucestershire. The Cotswolds. Lovely little village nestled in a small valley on the banks of the River Coln. Also in The Cotswolds are the Slaughters. Lower and Upper Slaughter. Both on the banks of the River Eye.

Wentworth, South Yorkshire

So many.....I love Badby in Northamptonshire......so many lovely 😊 memories of staying at the Youth Hostel there. Never forgave the YHA for closing it the way they did. Carefree cycling around the lanes. Now in the grumpy old man stage. 😅

Thornton-le-Dale & Great Ayton in Yorkshire spring to my mind, as does Wentworth, the home of Wentworth Woodhouse which was the largest privately owned house in Europe and is twice as big as Buckingham Palace! Not bad for a little village, eh? 😀

There are a few I can think of, which are not Cotswolds (which have oh so many beautiful Villages). Haworth, Heptonstall and Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire. Pott Shrigley in Cheshire and Shere in Surrey are some that I have visited and loved.

Castle Combe, blends into the natural surrounds, so different to the rubbish built in later years

I live in Dorset and we already get to many groctles (local description of holiday makers) means travelling aimlessly without any sense or purpose .I'm not advertising for any more but a shot of swanage, steam engine next to stone roofed village and ruined castle on mound in background . I would argue far out shines any shown.

Beauty is subjective, so calling this video "The Ten Most Beautiful Villages In The UK" is a bit of a stretch. There are so many amazing villages in the UK that could be on this list,. Maybe you should have called it Ten of the most beautiful villages instead

You cannot really compile a top ten, as there are several remote Cotswold villages, such as Quenington, Syde, and the Duntisbournes, that are stunningly beautiful, yet get little or no recognition. Really you should compile a top ten, from all four countries of the Uk, as there are simply so many to choose from.

Finchingfield essex

Apart from Castle Combe they are mostly quite uninspiring. The "Palm trees" of Plockton are not palms at all.....they are cordylines, a plant native to Australia and not related to palms at all. Palms wouldn't survive that far north whereas cordylines would.

What is beautiful? Yes. This is a very subjective. Only one Cotswold village in the top ten?

The story about Gelert the hound was brought about in the 1930s by a shopkeeper in the village to increase tourist trade. It worked ! However through wishful thinking some want to make the story a part of history.🤔
