That truck has the manoeuvrability of a Mazda 3..

Those are some amazing trucks, the acceleration and off-road handling are top notch. What I liked best is the console-mounted Main Character radar set and the stealth mode that allows a massive truck to fly down a dirt road without creating an enormous plume of dust behind it.

Looks like the Steven Spielberg movie 'Duel.'

Looks like an awesome movie but I doubt that that truck has that kind of maneuverability in the desert 🙄

I gotta say, and I'm surprised nobody else has mentioned it, but the crash scene was extremely well done.

Absolutely nothing terrifying about that. Wide open empty desert and he just didn't see that truck coming at him at the end lol. This movie is stupid couldn't pay me too watch that

OK, so there are many comments here that this truck chase asked us to suspend our belief that the truck could catch up with this car. I’ve only seen this segment of the series, so I don’t know if this truck chase was a part of the plot further into the series. But if it wasn’t, if the only purpose of the truck chase was to have Jamie Dornan have an accident and then suffer amnesia… Yes the truck chase was somewhat scary and exciting… But if it was just to get this series started with a bang… Play on words, lol… and then doesn’t go further into the series… Then for me it failed. For me, I probably won’t watch any further just because trucks chasing cars out in the desert doesn’t do much for me… Also, who was the truck driver, and why was he chasing this man, and if he succeeded in crashing this man, where did he go, or why didn’t he physically attack the man or do something with the man. Lol, but maybe all of this would have been answered further into the series,… But again I’ve lost my interest in it right from the get go. But if they needed this character to have amnesia during the rest of the movie, he could’ve just hit a large pothole which might have crashed his car and still resulted in amnesia. That wouldn’t have been very exciting, but more believable, And I may have been more invested in finding out what happened to him and kept watching further into the series. So there. 😜
