This is from my first playthrough when I beat it on Hard Mode.
In this mission you have to start off the fight without your weapons! This comes after the mission Deep Secrets of the Earth. Quickly scan the machine to see it's weak spots. The canisters on its back, the sides of its head and the canister underneath. It's mostly weak to Fire and Shock, the canisters on its back is weak to Freeze and the side of the head is weak to Shock. What I didn't use was Tearblast Arrows for some reason to use on the canister underneath. I guess I wanted to use the other kinds of weapons.😅
Any time the Behemoth charges up for an attack I run sideways around it. Not sure how to avoid the storm of boulders he throws, I guess you'll have to be far enough away. I put tripwires in front of it when I think it's about to charge towards me. I moslty used Blast and Fire wire. I don't really scan with the Focus mid-fight but it helps to see the weakpoints easier.
Have antidotes and potions ready for this fight. Have fun and good luck to you guys!

Precision Arrows from the Carja Sharpshot Bow
