Private retail company wants to gouge their customers? There is a simple answer to that problem, stop being their customer. There are plenty of retail options some don't involve even leaving your home and having to park somewhere. No parking fee and no merchandise profit will change their tune.
Wouldn't the posted sign in the car park qualify in part of 1 of the 4 elements of a contract written and then by you parking there is a second element acceptance of the contract if you don't accept the terms you can drive off which in turns fulfills the third part of the contract therefore not concluding a contract? however if you wish to stay you are then accepting the contract between you and tescos. Not that tescos should charge people to shop and take use of the facility they offer to the public
I was in Morrisons car park in my car just chilling, watching you tube and think I stayed a bit to long as got a letter saying they are charging me 100 quid for staying too long. Im homeless at the moment and living in my car and the letter went to my previous address. No way I’m paying it. If they said £10 or £20 I might of considered it but they can F off with their £100. Not happening. No way I could afford that.

I once parked in a disabled spot in Sainsbury’s car park as the sign for parent and child parking was double sided so it appears as if I was parking in that. I received to fine/penalty through the post and ignored it. I then received another letter saying it had doubled, then another saying they were speaking to their legal team, then one more saying that as a good will gesture, if I pay the fine within 14 days they will accept the original amount before they doubled it 😆 I knew at that point that they were nothing to worry about. That was ‘Euro Car Park’ enforcement. Love your vids pal. 👊🏻
