The Testimony of Helen Shapiro
As a child, English born Jewess Helen Shapiro was raised with a basic knowledge of God and a strong awareness of her Jewish heritage, but with no firm spiritual beliefs. Blessed with a vocal talent, the young Helen became a "pop singer", recording a string of "hits" during the 1960's.
But, as an adult, her basic philosophies were to be shaken when Christian friends gave her a book presenting Jesus Christ as the Messiah spoken of in the Old Testament, the kinsman-redeemer of the Jews and the one true Savior for all of sinful mankind. Strongly challenged by this, Helen made up her mind to "find out" for herself if these claims were true.
In this compelling and entertaining video, she tells of searching, of overcoming doubts and traditional prejudices, and of finally coming to triumphant saving faith in the Lord Jesus.
