I think I find the bloodless version to be even funnier. Something about Heavy's fingergun cutting to Engineer lying on the ground clasping flowers is just SO on-brand.

I love how Medic still sounds exactly on point, 16+ years later Everyone did amazing, but it's incredible how Robin Atkin Downes just picked the voice/accent right back up like it hasn't been more than a decade.

I love how the new one sounds like the TF2 mercs are going along with a murder mystery game that Engineer set up. Engineer: The mastermind behind the story. Medic, Scout, Soldier, Demoman: The ones actually into the game. Heavy: Not amused because this is literally the third time he’s been pulled into this in the same month. Sniper: Walked in during the middle of it, wanted to leave, ended up actually having fun. Spy: Decides to roll with it but just wants it to end so he can get back to more important things.

The fact we have the actual spy saying "well, off to hang myself" and Demoman's "Whoop-de-doo!" is so surreal xD

The amount of pride and enjoyment Downes seems to get out of voicing Medic gives me life.

I love that the voice-mixing is so good in the original that the version with the actual voice actors sounds almost identical.

To know that most of the cast still want to play the roles sometimes and the fact that you can contact them it’s amazing and I’m quite happy to see them and all their glory

I love how Gary is just stuck in this state of confused horror while watching the video 😂

I love that Ellen didn't even have to record dialogue, she was just there to support her husband

The pure confusion and joy on their faces as they were watching the animation was absolutely wonderful.

This made me realize again how tf2's community humour would put each one of us in a psychiatric hospital some centuries ago, nowadays it's pretty hard for me not to feel a bit embarrassed while they watch this 😂 I'm glad they understood it's just random shit go!

the medics voice is filled with so much flavour and warmth and his actor is actually infectiously enjoyable. pair this with the stiff yet expressive model of the medic and you have absolute GOLD
