Marion, I'm growing my own cilantro just so I can follow your recipes with cilantro root in it! Mama Noi is just a sweetheart! Be well both of you! Besos 😘😘
That's so cool! Could you please tell me which of her recipes are must trys for a beginner like me? Or which are your favourites? That would be so helpful! Thank you!
@@26chame I've made 3 of her recipes so far, and all 3 were delicious! - I've made the Spicy Miso Noodle soup. - Tantanmen Ramen - and the Miso Mushroom pasta (my favorite) All 3 were very pleasant to make, and don't take too long.
I have so many I'd like to try, but I've made these thus far: Spicy tuna spaghetti, kimchi fried rice, thai drunken noodles with seafood, lasagna, spicy tuna fried rice, bacon & corn fritters and spaghetti bolognese. The spicy tuna spaghetti is the one that I gravitate towards the most, that crispy egg with the spicy tuna just does it for me
It's really heartwarming to see you and your Mom interact like you do. So much love. We have three married daughters too eldest one 37. We love your channel and look forward to each new one. Trying some of your recipes as my wife of 38 years love cooking and baking. Warm regards and God bless Wilfred and Penny Cape Town South Africa❤
I dont mean to be offtopic but does someone know of a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot my account password. I would love any assistance you can offer me
I love seeing the foundation that Mama Noi gives for many of these dishes and then watching you build on it with your own Marion twist! 🥰 I definitely want to see her version as well, it would be cool to have both!😉
Thai cuisine reminds me so much of our Filipino cuisine. Our trinity of flavor is garlic, red onions and black pepper; that's basically present in almost all of our viands. Then add Soy sauce or cane vinegar or fish sauce or shrimp paste (my husband hates this one; he keeps saying it smells like something died) or a combination of said condiments depending on the dish. On another note, your mum reminds me so much of my mum. She seems to be such a lovely woman! She is blessed with a daughter such as you. Love your channel!

Hi Marion seeing you and your Mom it’s so Beautiful and Sweet..I Love watching you until the end of your Cooking video🥰🥰🥰I will keep watching and best regards,,watching from Germany 🇩🇪♥️
Omg Mom, I too don’t flour my chicken. When I tell people that they think it’s strange and has no crisp NO, lol. I thought the same thing when I was introduced to that style. It is still crispy, believe me. Everything fried is crispy. I love to season and drop it straight in the oil. I find the flour is an unnecessary step and It’s still delicious🤤. Great recipe and I can’t wait to make this. I’m going to make your and mom’s style👩👧. Thank you for sharing your talent. I love your demeanor🥰. Stay Blessed😇
Your mom is absolutely adorable! I love the dynamic you two have. It reminds me of when my grandma was alive and when I’d cook. She’d be like “I don’t use/do that!” 😂😂😂
Looks delicious! Marion you are a RockStar! I love your detailed description of Thai dishes! Easy to follow and understand! Takes time to get your pantry where it needs to be cooking authentic Thai dishes but I think it’s worth it. I also love you going “Rogue” ...🤣🤣🤣 Momma Noi is a doll! Your chemistry is is effortless and welcoming. Thank You for sharing the history of Thai Cuisine and the generational interpretation! ☺️🥰

Dear Marion. You have inspired me more than ever and now every meal I ever make is Asian inspired by your recipes🥰I’ve even tried your recipes on my RU-vid channel, Teen Cuisine. Thank you for being my biggest inspiration.
Yum! Your recipes are such winners, the crispy chilli beef was the last triumph! Warmed up a cold scottish winter evening! This is definitely getting cooked!
The food is amazing, your Lipstick is gorgeous! Thank you. One question, if I invite family around, can I cook this in advance, and what is best way to reheat it without losing too much crunch? X
Maybe put it in the oven on a low heat so each piece can reheat right through without burning on the outside. The oven will give you the crunch back. The microwave won’t it’ll go soggy. If you put it under the grill the heat is too direct and not evenly distributed unlike the oven so it will either burn on the outside by the time it’s hot inside or it will be crisp outside but still cold inside. So oven on a low heat it is. You’re welcome.
I made this chicken and it’s absolutely DELICIOUS! Except my chicken didn’t have this crunchy, crispy texture that she had here, or that brown color she gave it after deep frying it. So my cooking skills are a work in progress, but I’ll be making it again. It’s one of my favorites now! Y’all gotta make it! Thank you for sharing this recipe, Marion!
I love your channel and have followed your channel for a long time now. I am moving to Thailand in 4 months and cannot wait to try some of your receipes for my Thai partner.
I just made my "stuff I have at home" version. I used garlic, chili peppers, ginger, fish sauce, sugar and hoison as the marinade and chicken breast as the vehicle. Yum!!! Sorry out of cilantro😕
Was making chicken for lunch today. Your video popped up. Guess what I made? I am in a food coma as I’m writing this. Soooo good. I didn’t have oyster sauce, so subbed with soy sauce. Delicious! I am usually dissatisfied with online recipes ( they don’t meet my south-asian palate), so when I say I love all your recipes I’ve made so far (many, many times), please take it as a compliment! Thank you!
