Milrem Robotics, Europe’s leading robotics and autonomous systems developer, has successfully concluded its participation in the US Army Expeditionary Warrior Experiment (AEWE).
The event, conducted in February in Fort Moore, USA, focussed on experimenting with new technology in realistic operational settings.
In cooperation and partnership with the Dutch Ministry of Defence and at the invitation of the Dutch Robotics and Autonomous Systems (RAS) unit it allowed Milrem Robotics to present the capabilities of weaponized THeMIS Combat Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV).
Equipped with Milrem’s Intelligent Functions Kits (MIFIK) the UGVs also successfully partook in autonomous functions experiments on various terrain and environments.

1. The front should have modular add-on armor plates depending on threat level environment and vehicle mobility/terrain needs 2. The turret itself should have at least modular or add on frontal armor to prevent being easily put out of action and ability to sustain fire longer than it's opponent. 3. This looks like something some engineers could have easily made in 2005 and it is probably obsolete compared to what our adversaries already have. 4. There should be a wheeled version with suspension for rocky and mountain terrain, this platform doesnt look very mobile 5. 6 Run-flat tires would allow the vehicle to continie even if one or more of the tires is damaged, a tank tread is more easily damaged. 6. Variable pressure or low pressure tires could roll over mines without detonating them. 7. The Turret should be able to articulate upwards and down to peak over walls. 8. The vehicle should be able to attach a wounded soldier in the back on a custom stretcher with wheels to pull it to safety 9. The front of the vehicle should have add-on "claws", winch or grappling hook to help pull it out of muddy conditions or from being stuck. 10. The platform needs to have an add-on with something to break up the silhoutte to make it look like a rock, foliage or debris for clandestine missions. 11. The Platform should have an add-on mission package that it tows before it gets to a comat zone to allow it to have extended range, for longer range missions that it can drop off and then retrieve at a later time. 12. The add-on mission extender should also have a signal relay to help strengthen the signal, and serve as a protection for the vehicle operator to mask the origin of the operator signal. 13. This needs to have a modular add-on for ATGM's eith the ability to articulate above debris or walls. 14. A different varient that is wider and lower, lighter ( polymer construction with lower ground pressure should be tested to operate in heavily mined areas. This could be achieved with polymers and be useful for quickly finding and marking mines for a similar follow-up vehicle to destroy as the primary mine-marker continues forward. The non-destroted mines could then be marked on a digital map to allow soldiers to navigate safely even if the mines havent been cleared. 15. Variants should include a multi-drone launcher with ability to rearm and refuel small to mid-sized drones with modular mission configurations. 16. Variants should include an add-on mission package to rearm and resupply soldiers in serious situations, as well as ability to provide distractions to enemy forces that allow pinned down elements to relocate, advance or retreat ( as a vehicle doctrine ) 17. Variants should include a set that assists tank crews of damaged vehicle to escape from the vicinity of an immobilized tank back to a secure area 18. Variants should include an automatic sentry mode to allow exhausted soldiers to get sleep while the vehicle stands guard either in autonomous mode or controlled remotely by another fresh soldier 19. Vehicle should have placeable soldier decoys with sound makers to serve as a distraction to draw out enemy troop locations without exposing our own troop locations. 20. Vehicle should have a rapid-foxhole assist variant that allows it to rapidly displace soil for foxholes and trenches to allow soldiers to quickly create cover, including the ability to create deeper foxholes and trenches than a soldier would normally have energy for under high strain conditions 21. Vehicle should have scout ability variant to launch small drones to clear buildings ahead of a squad to reduce casualty rates and flush out enemy locations which can be placed in real-time in data feeds and visual overlays or heads up displays with soldiers ability to view the drone feed in real time 22. The scout variant drones should be able to place small, camoflauged cameras linked to a network to have full coverage of an urban zone to track enemy movement and provide real time updates. This camer network would be viewable by a squad or commanders and help to coordinate movement infiltration and exfil to avoid traps, flush out hiding spots and track enemy repositioning or flanking attempts. 23. Larger/flatter varient should have a mission package with a medium/large medical drop which can attach to injured or isolated/injured soldiers and rapidly remove them from Combat back to a secure location outside of the immediate combat zone without having to wait for Medivac or on-foot personnel 24. Variant should be able to launch small drones with Smoke/flash and distraction devices to cover the retreat or movements of soldiers who are pinned or under heavy fire from high caliber weapons 25. Variant should have ability to launch counter-drone drones with laser systems designed to disrupt/jam or blind enemy spotting drones before they can provide intel or troop locations or artillery I'm not saying this to criticize or be rude, I want to see your product succeed and be a more comprehensive, adaptable, upgradeable and survivable system.

They literally have 90% of the things you just mentioned. It’s a modular system. Other than the telescopic gun mount to peak over cover. While that sounds nice it’s too many moving parts. It would be too easy to damage and take the whole thing out of action.
