I am having "sore heel" or "heal pain" . My own treatment is when I drink "Artichoke" (I bought from shop fresh artichokes and then I boilt them) or eat "dates" help the pain gone.

Hey Dr. Silvester, you removed my ingrown toe nail, I was doing research on heel pain and noticed your video, I started getting heel pain for working 10 hour shifts in barefoot shoes, I run in the job too, very very intense active job. I just think my left is getting stronger and sore

I have pretty healthy feet and solid arches. I am in the Army and I do a bunch of running, hiking and jumping. Even with a set of brand new boots, I have never had to break them in, my feet handle it pretty well with no pain. The second I wear flip flops my heels start to hurt. Does anyone know why this might be the case?

so dr it has nothing to do with weight gain?

Nerve entrapment? I get this pain in my heel that goes all the way up to the back of my knee. Its extremely painful and makes it hard to stand and walk.

If i sit down for long stretches or take long car rides without moving my feet, i'll start to get a burning feeling specifically on the bottom of my heel(s). The longer my feet remain stationary, the more uncomfortable the sensation becomes. i wouldn't say it's a real problem because if i wiggle my feet around a bit the pain subsides. But i've always been curious what causes this as i've experienced it since i was a child. Does anyone else notice this or have any thoughts why it occurs?

I had all these symptoms that he Said and with treatment it got better. But now I only have light shock in my heel when I put pressure as I stand. No pain if I actually press it with my hand. What can I do 😭 😭

Mine is right on the bottom under my ankle at the base of my foot and it’s itchy at night? I’ve been told dry skin but I’ve used the cream and it still itches. They also burn and hurt.. they turn really red..... could it be plantar fasciitis?

I have the heel pain, Dr (Podiatrist) gave me a cortisone shot on both heels (one wk ago) Pain was HORRIBLE IT FELT LIKE FIRE 🔥 UNDER MY HEELS IN THE MORNING AND ALSO AFTER SITTING DOWN N TRYING TO GET UP WITH MY RESTED FEET. Nonetheless, the electric ⚡️ shock pain on the side does not seem to go away. The calf knots seem to be coming back, again, my Mom was giving me massage n ice packs n it seemed to help a little n momentarily but would that be a for ever condition? If I stand now for a long period, pain comes back which is less intense but it’s still discomforting. What are my choices to go back to normal routine n what is the average time to heal completely? I think I have plantar fascitis, my foot hurts for my first few steps in the morning, and a pressure point pain on my inner heel, indid the planter thing you did, bent my toe up and pressed on my tendon and that bwas proper ahhhhhhhhhhhh 🤪🤪🤪

I`ve taken all the medications and conferred with a number of doctors, and yet my feet still HURT. The seriousness of the pain got to the extent that taking drugs every twelve hours is necessary to alleviate the pain. It was a dreadful circumstance.
