I love this song so much. That dramatic intro! It is taken from the Roulette Years CD. This song, to me, displays very early Sheila. The Sheila before she knew she could sing - and how to utilise her vocal chords (as she does now!) But you can hear that the sound was already there, just waiting to be unleased onto the world. But it took Gamble & Huff to develop Sheila's sound and to give her the confidence to stretch out and to use her voice.
