I have some jelly rolls that I absolutely ADORE. *VERY* similar colors to yours. I’ve been waiting for a quilt pattern worthy of them. Thanks to you, I’ve found it ! And what clinched it is that you both are two of my very favorite RU-vid teachers and the fact you did it together was the decision maker ! Thanks SO much !

This was the first show I watched and am in the process of making this quilt. I have 6 grandsons that have requested quilts this year. I am enlarging this quilt as my grandson who is getting this quilt is 6'3" and wants the quilt to fit a double bed at least. I am planning on sending a picture when it is finished. Thanks so much for so much fun!

This is my favorite video for two reasons. First I love the design of this quilt, especially when you chose such awesome colors! The second is because I love to see both Rob and Jenny working together...the dynamic duo!

I consider myself an intermediate quilter and have shied away from precut/jelly rolls because of running out of fabric. I am also pretty "old school" in that I want my quilts to be completely done by me and not "cheat" long the way LOL...but that's just me. Honeslty though, to be safe, you would need to purchase an additional jelly roll. You would never be able to match up these fabrics if you were short. It just makes sense to me to buy a little extra yardage and part of the fun of quilting is the shopping for the material!! I DO LOVE your's and Jenny's videos and am glued to RU-vid these days. I always have them playing when I am quilting. Who needs cable TV when you have these :). Thank you so much for the time you put in to each video and sharing so many wonderful ideas with us all!! You guys are the best!

I just finished my quilt that I made with your pattern. Now I made some mistakes and changes but it turned out great!! First I didn’t really catch your not using a standard 1/4” seam allowance so my blocks were going he wrong size and I couldn’t get the right number of them out of each strip. So I ordered a second roll up and that actually turned to my advantage because I also hadn’t noticed it was a square quilt! 🤦‍♀️ So I also ordered more of the skinny black strips and added two additional middle rows. But it turned out beautifully! Big enough for a full size with a nearly floor length drop. Or shorter for a queen. I thought I’d be able to post a picture but it looks like I can’t. I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed making this quilt!

This is my favorite video because it is my first one to watch from Man Sewing. I just got my jelly roll in the mail and will be making this quilt in the same color way! I usually put my own spin on things, but this quilt is perfect as it is... I am so excited!

2020 - Just discovered this video and love, love, love this quilt. Could no longer find the same jelly roll, but did find something similar, so I definitely plan to make this awesome quilt. I'm into modern quilts and this one fits the bill.

The Three Dudes Quilt is my absolute FAVORITE of all the tutorials Rob has done. I love the fabric colors that were used in this quilt "Sparkling Water" (I think). Plus having Jenny Doan on this episode is a great plus because I love everything she does. You really have to stay alert when watching Ron's tutorials because you just might miss out on what he is doing -- he is SO FAST. But that's okay because I love everything he does (except when he was jumping up and down on beds in another one of his videos). I can just imagine that happening in many homes when there are little boys in the family. I am only teasing -- I even enjoyed watching him jump !! Keep up the good work, Rob.

I have made several of Jenny's quilts & I love them all ( So it is really hard to choose a favorite ) but I think my favorite is this one. The Three Dudes Quilt with Jenny & Rob. It was so much fun & it turned out just beautiful. All of your quilts have been easy ( only because of your great instructions ) & I have learned so much by watching your videos. I look forward to every Friday to learn more. You always make learning so much fun & never confusing. Thank you Jenny !

Quilting is my passion, that's what days off are for. You and Jenny are my favorite people to watch, I loved this quilt and made it for my daughter for her birthday in purple, she loved it. I would love to own the cordless Panasonic iron, would make quilting so much easier.
