I spray fenugreek water on my hair every 3 days,I drink fenugreek as a tea Almost every day. Fresh strained Aloe vera is also my staple. A Long with authentic Sheabutter from Ghana.

Didnt have breakage. But i get the "maple syrup" comments NO STOP. whenever i start taking the pills, i know ive hit the "effective" threshold (meaning, its starting to take effect in my body) by the comments. Usually about 3 weeks constant use.

Check your hair porosity,maybe it's low, Fenugreek seeds have protein

I take the vitamin internally twice a day but I believe there are videos on here where women apply it directly!

It toke me about two years after I got a curly cut at beginning of 2022 to right above my shoulder now it’s back to my waist!

@@deboraholugbemi6411 I use natures way fenugreek it’s in pill form I take it with my vitamins you can get from Walgreens, Walmart, vitamin shoppe, etc…
