Very soon FSD will work that far on private roads and parking lots. Looking forward to it. Trying to find a wheelchair spot is not always easy. Being dropped off and the car parking it self is going to be great.
I know i will need one of those in 20-30 years. I‘ve ordered two CTs and hope i get one of the 3rd gen in 2027/2028 in Europe including FSD. That would be my last self owned vehicle in this life cycle and very nice.

People seem to love the matching scrubs and glasses. Someone thought those were workout clothes. You seem like so much fun. The pranks on neighborhood kids used to crack me up. I’m sure they all love you. My question is…do you have more scrub/glasses color combos? I’m guessing yes 🤩

I get gas in my Model Y when I need to fill up my supply of lawn mower gas. I just set the jug in the deep storage hole in the back end. It’s sealed, won’t tip and I only have to go a little over a mile through residential streets.

Many things are confusing, and I won’t ask much. But, if a hose is broken, doesn’t it make sense to only replace the rubber hose and not entire fuel pump if still good?
If you have a couple days for the repair yes. The only way to get the right size hose is to bring the part with you buy some hose and see if it fits. If you just go buy the whole part you are kind of guaranteed to get back on the road the same day.
Oh NO! Not anther cracked windshield!!! WTH?? Summon in it's present form has been all but useless for me, BTW. As others have said, FSD would not have saved you from the walk. At least, not this time. I find it very spotty. Most of the time I try to use it, which isn't that often, it doesn't work at ALL. I'm just grateful that your son's car didn't go up in flames with the fuel pump hose leak! This video gave me PTSD. I've had fuel pump problems before. Your brother, BTW, sounds AWESOME. Great having wonderful family members that you can count on, like this.

FSD would not have called your car that distance as you have to be within visual range for the summon feature. If your like me and drive over 36k a year than the FSD is totally worth the 8k I paid for it.
