what seems an puzzeling encounter to me is teh fact that no matter what ***core song you look up at youtube one thing is always the same... the same... lighters are ready, the same... haste my why.. but serious, why is everyone always stfu'ing eachother over what kind of core it is exactly and how checking out this this and that snare is more wicked than the other bands sideburns even to the extend that folks start calling each other 'stupid' (Oh my god holy jeepers, what are you f*ckin nuts?)

Actually they classify themselves as Extreme Metal. If it was anything with core behind it ('cept for grindcore in general) I wouldn't be listening to this.

yeah, they are metalcore. anyone that's actually familiar with styles of metal can tell on a cursory listen. the fact that you thought they were grind is laughable.

yeah, but metalcore went into a really bad phase around 2002 with the advent of the crappy melodic section and awful breakdowns(thanks, poison the well), as well as the deathcore scene coming around. stuff from before that is actually quite tolerable on the whole.

1 minute in and this song and video have lost my interest. thumbs down.
