I was able to visit one of these (Au Pied Du Cochon) and thoroughly enjoyed their Foie Gras Poutine. I also saw another table that had the House Specialty Duck In A Can. Please excuse my spelling in this message as I am from the United States and do not speak French Canadian.

Being a proud Montrealer I've never heard of these restaurants. Not that I don't appreciate the list. The food looks great. Not very wide selection or mentioning decades old restaurants. I'd say that was a very French list. No mention of smoked meat, breakfast places, Greek food, Polish food, Mexican food.

Maison boulevard, I'm sorry but people should not have to go to restaurants to be served by waiters with tattoos all over their arms that make them look like bums. Its just not a pretty sight.. Please cover them up for proper service. Shame on restaurant owners that hire people covered with tattoos in the dining room. Its too late for us to do anything about it when we've parked our cars and we're hungry and sitting there for service is it? SHAME ON YOU! Same with cooks that have tattoos all over their arms and fingers! Please remember they have to work with other people that don't want to worry if they're gangsters outside of their jobs.
