There are actually two Christmas Jazz Jackrabbit games, one from 94 and another from 95. Each with a new and unique set of levels.

Winter Games on the Commodore 64. All the mini games were great fun with my family and family is such an important part of a child's Christmas, after all.

Transport Tycoon with the snowy landscape. Not really Christmas themed, but it does have lots of snow. Just as good.

An often overlooked Xmas Amiga game which was the first game I ever played on my Amiga 500 when I got it for Xmas, Garfield's Winter Tale. Always reminds me of Christmas with the snow scenes, ice skating and skiing.

I am 42..... i enjoy gaming. We are lucky to have the consoles and PC's of today with the games available. I love both my latest gen consoles and there are some incredible games.... But gaming at Xmas, both retro and today, there is just something special. The ice cold weather of the UK in winter, finishing work and gaming in the warm at night, or long weekends just cosy up and getting lost in your fav game while it is bitterly cold outside, love it.

Santatlantean is really nostalgic for me. It was just made a few years ago but uses Christmas chip tune music which brings you back to the 89s. It's a Defender clone. So so so good.

Awesome video Dan. The beginning really hit home. My best Christmas ever was Christmas 1987 when I got an Amiga 500. Next best was probably Christmas 1985 when I got my NES with ROB Robot. Holiday Lemmings winning the top spot is very well deserved. I think it is the ultimate Christmas game. I love Canon Soccer as well and never saw the read and green floppies until this video. That was ace. I also really like Fire & Ice Christmas for the Amiga and 2 games that were released this year are great too. Santa Rocks by Nivrig and Santa Run by Mc Geezer. Amiga format or Amiga active was a hard choice but in the mid 90s onwards there was another Amiga magazine I used to get from whsmith but for the life of me I can't remember the name of it I used to love the cover cds and even hooked my cd32 via parnet to my A1200 to copy files of the cover cd to my A1200s hard drive.

You always remember those Christmas games you got....Hunchback II and Spy Vs Spy 2 for the C64 I can remember my brother getting. Saying that even games with snow in them I love to play if snow has laid....2 come to mind SSX Tricky and Max Payne on PS2.

5 Xmas Nights into dreams just seems like the Xmas version of nights into dreams. I don’t thinks it was a sort of tech demo, unless it came out before nights into dreams. Every year I play a level of Xmas lemming on the emulator 😀 For some reason the game that is most tied to a Christmas memory is “Special forces” on the Amiga. Not really a Xmas game but I vividly remember playing it with my brother on Xmas UPDATE I think you are referring to nights into dreams itself being sort of a tech demo This year I wil boot up Animal crossing to get the Xmas vibe 😀 Mary Xmas to you as well.
