Nade was kinda the one to catapult comp cod into popularity alongside scump, who followed him up. But when Nade retired scump definitely was, and still is, the face of the scene.
Y'all are talking about popularity, all you kids do is pick the most popular guy in anything, it fucks up perception bad. Formal carried scump to his only ring in IW, Scump and Nade used to compete for the guys friendship, that's how good he was from like Ghost to IW. Formal also started later than Crim, Scump, Nade etc. on the COD scene and still surpassed a lot of old cod pros.

Rambo was that first cod father then BigT. Also the easy way to decide who is the GOAT. 1v1 in 5-5 grand finals for the bread Karma or Crim who you taking to win your 1v1? If you don't say Karma then you haven't been watching cod from the beginning he clutches up more than anyone.

Everyone has their own opinion. A lot of pros have great reasons for Karma being the GOAT. Can go either way and everyone's list is gonna be different. I wouldn't have put Clay over Formal but that's just me. He was low key carried to his last 2 chips.
scump is my goat, and in my opinion the most individually talented player, was also in my opinion the best in the game in bo2 ghosts aw and bo3, and a top 3 in most other cods apart from ww2. scump, formal, and aches are some of the most individually talented players that should have more accolades, but got robbed of a lot of them
Sorry to disagree but I believe Karma was the best player in BO2 and I dont think it's a question crim was the best at ghosts. If you go back and watch the events it's not even fair when they were playing

Alex Mora the guy is literally part of every cod dynasty, has 3 rings and was the OBJ king for optic dynasty. Optic couldn’t win champs, pick up Karma and they win. COL were frying then pick up Damon and they win champs. Fariko with Damon were absolutely disgusting in BO2. And as enable said he has won 3 out of the 6 Champs he’s been at. He is literally the clutch player.
So basically, it’s BO3-IW OG/NV + BO2 Col-EG. Still, probably the fairest top 10 list. Can pick nits moving Pat, Kap and Formal around if you want but that’s about it. Only thing to add- guys like Pat, Teep and Kap, you can’t hold their total earnings $$ against them as the prize pools when those guys were rolling wasn’t anywhere near the prize money that competitive CoD started pulling say post BO3. Just my 2 cents. A top of 4 of Clay-Scump-Karma-Crim is as accurate as you’ll get. I think arguments could be made for anyone of a 5-6-7 of Formal, Kap, Aches in whatever order you want with Ap, Slasher and Teep in the bottom 3. And don’t forget the old school Codfathers. Shout out to BiG T, Rambo Ray, Mr Merk, Nade, killah, Revan and the rest of them. Not saying put Adam Sloss in the top 10 (lol) but competitive CoD wouldn’t be where it is today without those guys paving the way. Great video and content, Enable. Theres only who we think of when you hear...............Mr 3 Rings - 1st ever back to back world champion - 1st ever 3 time world champion - 3 Rings in probably biggest comp-BO2,Ghost,IW - Most Clutch player of all time - Most versatile player for his team of all time - Most Smartest player of all time / Rambo - Most impactful objective player of all time - In early cods he was one of best snipers - Has never lost a cod champs finals (3/3) - When he goes off, its almost guaranteed a win - KARMA + Crimsix have most wins as a duo by far with around 20 tournament win - Formal himself has said himself how Karma is the best teammate hes ever had because of how he thinks and plays - He got a win with DOUG “CENSOR” MARTIN
Ghost and iw were not 2 of the biggest comp games. Bo3+4 while the games may have been a little rough were the best for comp. Obviously bo2 is also but it didn't have the organization at the time like cwl did
Lubski Punch Are you serious? The huge audience and hype ghosts had after every event watching complexity, optic with nadeshot etc. IW and BO3 are close is being one of biggest cods too
@@SK-gk8jw I mean iw was a really bad comp lol. Iw did not have nearly the hype as any of these other games. Iw game was so shit they lost so many fans watching pros. Ghosts was super hype but that's even before cwl still. They didn't have the numbers like the do now. Ur right about bo3 though. Probably the greatest comp ever. Even though it was jet pack and boosting shit I couldn't believe the amount of viewers and hype around it. Also bo3 was an insanely even playing field in terms of team and skill. All the good teams could beat each other.
@@lubskipunch8706 ghosts was way more fun and better then bo3 and bo4. Since aw it all gotten worse and its still trash today! Im talking about the competition. The players over the years do get better though on average!
i agree with this list except then 1 and 2. crim has 3 rings but only 2 on lan compared to karma. playing on lan is harder then online. this ring crim won was good but not as good as on lan wherr the fans play a part. he went from beong loved to hated and im sure that would have affected him and his teamates on lan.

This was really good. Reminded me a lot of Gandhi's halo videos. It would be cool if you did something similar to Gandhi's Halo History series but with COD. Break down each game, the best teams and players of the Era. It's always interesting to hear the take of someone who was actually competing during an Era, vs an outsider looking in.
Scump is the best individual player ,i think karma deseverves to be the #1 because crim hasnt been as good in the last few years he was the worst player in the iw ring and he was also the worst player this year he hasnt been a top player since karma joined optic
Scump is the greatest of all time, when you take into account how he carries the team before the dynasty and then carrying the optic dynasty also along with formal, the best slayer of all time, the best sub of all time, been consistently the top 3/5 player in every single game, most of them he probably was the best in the game...and don’t forget if you take scump out of any of the teams he’s been on...they don’t do the numbers they did...period.
Its funny how during ww2 crim said something like he sucked during jetpacks like he was the weaker link on his team. He then mentions how he liked being decent at ww2 and how the team didnt click and shit just didnt work out. Take this in consideration. People praise his winnings. Crim himself basicly said t2p carried him throug jetpacks where he got most of his winnings. Yet crimsix is considered better cause he has more winnings. Just 1 point of view to understand why winnings arent the best argument to say a player is the best. I do want to mention I think he wasnt as good during those times but that means compaired to ghosts. Overall he was still a great player!
I dont see an argument for Scump not to be top 2. Literally, the top 3 in every COD he's played except WW2. It's so naive to put the two with the most rings at the top because that is absolutely not how athletes are judged in any other sport. Literally the greatest individual player of all time. This is just an accolade ranking at this point. Crim didn't do too well at champs but won. In ANY other sport he wouldn't be regarded as the best bc he had a decent playing but his TEAM won the chip.
Crim won MVP for the past champs and would have won it if Ghosts had an MVP at champs - but yeah he didn't do too well at champs. Athletes are judged on winning credentials. The man has almost won more tournaments than he has lost since he started competing in Cod. The teams that he is on wins and that is just a fact. Has he played with talented players, of course but Scump has hardly been lacking in great team mates. He has made those teams better with him being on it. Scump this year had a team with three world champs on it and one of the most talented prospects in call of duty - not including Gunless who is a multiple time MVP. Crim had a two time world champion and three guys who had never won an event - two of whom were rookies. Crim's team won champs, Scump's team got another 3rd. As far as Karma goes? You go back and watch Champs finals 2017... the one where Scump won his ring. You watch those two best of fives and tell me who was carrying who in those games. The only game Scump went positive in was Uplink where Crim and Karma scored all the points for the team. Karma is that guy you want when it comes to championship Sunday and the chips are down. The man is the definition of a big game player. Yes Scump may be the greatest individual player that has ever touched the game, but this isn't an individual game. There is a lot more that goes into making a winning team than shooting straighter than everyone else and Crim and Karma do that better than anyone else. They are legit the greatest duo to ever have played Call of Duty and the amount of chips they have won together proves that - beating Scump and co almost every single time.

Good list, I personally think that top 3 could go in any order. I understand Scump doesn't have the rings, so I'm fine with him at number 3, but just watching him play in all those earlier cods, and that he hasn't had the same teams as the other two just makes me believe he could easily be 2 or 1 on this list

I'd switch JKap and Aches only because Aches has been ass the past 2 years and hasn't been great since AW despite the ww2 ring. JKap was part of that Denial AW champs squad, and that 2nd best nV squad through Bo3 and IW (2nd only to Optic obv.). I just feel that JKap has consistently been a better overall player than Pat even though Pat might have had higher highs at certain points in his career. Other than this, I agree with your list 100%. Good fucking shit.
The thing about rings is while they prove you’re good, it would be unfair to discount Scump for having less rings, I mean in general it falls down to the whole team too. And he has done so much in competitive cod, popularity wise, winning wise and just being a good player through the years, don’t get me wrong he’s had his bad days just like everyone else but this man rocketed the cod scene in so many ways. He really does deserve top 3 even if he has less rings. You just can’t discount everything he’s done for the scene so much respect for Scump, karma and crim too. Optic Dynasty will never be topped. But damn there has been so many good players throughout the years.

I knew Patty was gonna be above Kap it hurt.. but the truth hurts also I got Formal over Clay b/c I feel like formal has been the better AR for at least 5 years now, T2P needs one more ring and the top 5 completely shifts for me.
Was debating John for 10th probably would of been a better pick, but I picked arcitys because I think he’s nasty particularly in IW and BO4, and he seems to be a good teammate given that everyone wants to team with him
Kap would still be playing if it wasnt for the removal of strategy game modes like Uplink and CTF. Don't even get me started on the idea game modes need to be enjoyable to watch excuse. Jkap became irrelevant when braindead dom took over.

Karma 1 crim 2 scump 3 formal 4 clay 5. And to be honest scump is 1 if not for being on optic and optic prioritizing content over performance for so long. Also don't think scump will cry about in it in the long run as he could retire tomorrow and earn double or triple of what he's earning now
Scump deserves number 2 tbh, and crim does deserve number 1 because he was an amazing player. He played some of the best cod with complexity and he has the championships to show it.
