Fifth Element and Judgment Night are golden for me!!! love that you have Judgment Night so high, such a underrated film that's rarely ever mentioned!

It really holds up well. I dont know if they made a movie like this anymore that they would be able to find a rundown part of town (so expansive) to shoot in. They'd probably use green screen today. But the action and suspense in this one more than deliver! Thanks for watching!

Bro idk if you’ll see this but I was born in 81 and we were poor but the one thing my dad sprung for was hbo. I remember at first our tv had a dial and antennas then we got the grey looking cable box to hook to it. Anyways movies and music was all I had. I’ve yet to have u play a movie I haven’t watched and not only does it return fond memories but it has me looking them up to re watch. You are a natural at this commentary, truly could be professional and I haven’t stopped watching since I came across u a couple weeks ago. Very underrated channel, please don’t ever stop cuz it really has brought me a lot of joy and memories. Great job and thank you so much

Thanks a ton for the kind words bud I appreciate it. I definitely have a ton of ideas for content so I won't be going anywhere anytime soon! I really enjoy making these videos, I was actually a film critic and I quit that so I could focus on retro movies full time. I was raised by my grandma on social security and we lived in rural WA with only antenna tv. I remember getting an old VCR from a friend and I would record all the movies I could. I have a buddy across town with cable, HBO and the works so I would always bring some VHS tapes over their to records movies when when I went home. Thanks for watching! 🤙🏻

What I Loved about The Fifth Element is that Even though The Dive was Cleary Singing in an Alien Language you could Cleary Decipher what she was singing about just Judging By Her Movements and her Tone of Voice. First Going from Low and Sad and then Going to Laud and Exciting. And in a way filled with Fury and Hope which Blends Perfectly with the Leeloo as it Depicts Perfectly with how she was feeling. And I feel that it's even more effective in the Uncut Version of that scene seen as one of the Special Features in the Physical Media Release of the Film. Speaking of Blending I also like how they Blended Leeloo with Zorg just after when he opened that case and finding out that there was no Stones in it earlier on in the film, as it not only makes it look like they are interacting with each other but also it makes Leeloo feel and looks like she is Laughing and Making Fun of him for it. On Top of all of that Fun Stuff. Especially the Scene where Mr. Kim wanted to Read Korben Dalla's mail and he Unintentionally Read out Loud and Clear that Korben was Fired as if it was some kind of Good News, oh boy that always Cracks me up. But on a Side Note I really Hate the Video Game Adaptation of the film specially the Stage where you have to Destroy the Phone Booth that was ringing before it Explodes.

@@MoviesNeverSayDie You're Welcomed, I Know at the time it feels so underrated as it doesn't feel like a lot of people are talking about. I wonder if the 4K Version has that 'Diva' Special Feature, because it would be nice to watch the Uncut Version of the Diva Song in 4K. or at the very least own it on 4K?

I always liked Lethal Weapon 3 over the fourth film. In my opinion, 3 kept somewhat of the similar charm as the first two, having a good story, and nice balance of action and humor while also having that good ol' 80s vibe despite coming out in '92, whereas 4 just felt like a dumb comedy and lacked the charm of what made the OG Lethal Weapon so good in my opinion. Also it's great that Brandon Lee's filmography other than The Crow. Some might say Rapid Fire and Showdown in Little Tokyo are just overlooked B movies, but I think they're great and worthy of a shout factory Blu-Ray release. BTW I got a copy of Stone Cold this week too ^^

I agree about LW, I enjoy them in the order of release actually with 1st being the best, 4th the least favorite. Brandon Lee could've definitely given Van Damme a true rivalry to match Stallone/Arnold. Lee's moves were crisp and he had more in his martial-art arsenal than Van Damme imo. I picked up Lazer Mission on DVD recently its a truly obscure Lee flick that's not too shabby.

Awesome as always!! When it comes to Brandon Lee’s filmography, besides The Crow, Rapid Fire and Shadow In Little Tokyo, did he make another action movie?

Thanks for watching Claus. He also make a low budget actioner called Lazer Mission. I was able to find it on DVD and plan to drop a review of it after this 90s action list is completed.

You know I wish I had a Time Machine and a bullet proof vest for Brandon Lee he had so much potential.

I agree William - had he gotten his run the rivalry he could've carried with Van Damme would have been awesome and like a middleweight version of Stallone/Arnold! Thanks for watching!

@@MoviesNeverSayDie yea Lee and Speakman I believe had the most potential to compete with Van Damme and Seagal. You know what would’ve been the ultimate homage to Brandon’s father Bruce, him playing Liu Kang in the 1995 film Mortal Kombat.
