Nice video. I didn't realize, though, how the train system in SC is identical to that of Japan's. I see that there are a lot more Japanese than I'd realized. 😊
Also, you could differentiate between metropolitan statistical area (MSA, commonly referred to as metro area) and urbanized area (only the non rural parts within the MSA). Charleston’s is by far the largest and will be for the foreseeable future.
I have seen Greenville change tremendously over the years. Some good, some bad. Housing is getting way too high in regards to wage increases. Apartments and Townhouses are $ 2000 a month, even in the outskirts of Greenville. Also crime has really escalated too.
All of them have areas that can flood with high rain. Charleston is probably the worst, it can flood the streets in the historic district when there is a full moon/high tide even without rain. Greenville for example has areas near rivers or creeks that can flood, but only with high rain amounts.
@@zokol4370 Greenville is growing towards Woodruff rapidly. I've spoken to many agents that are seeing Woodruff as the place people are going in the next decade as Greenville continues to expand.
Indian Land South Carolina in Lancaster county is a hot place to move to. Also Charlotte Metro is now 2. 7 million. Also Lancaster county is the third most popular County to move to near the Charlotte Metro area in the state of South Carolina
grew up in nc. and left because of almost everything nc. what could have been a great state, nc. decided it wanted to be like sc. not a good Idea. segregation was bad 60 years ago and still is today. nc and sc have everything to offer for most anyone on the east coast. If you make a good annual income and are very baptist and white, then either of these states would be a great place to live. Northerners will be stymied by the heat and humidity in both states. every time someone wants to head to the beach they will be reminded of just how poor blacks are in these two states. There are just as many poor whites living/breathing in both states. If you are corporate and want all your neighbors to be just like you (you are white) then these two states will gerrymander you right into your own personal paradise. seems to me life in either state promotes gossip and shunning over corn hole. Yes, you too can live in the early 1900s. if you read this far, the two best things in sc. are upstate and charleston. And, they will continue to be because some people just refuse to change.
Stereotypes and prejudging all is not really fair. I know nonbaptists who are a "mixed" marriage and they have felt welcome and lived in SC for 10+ years.
@@zokol4370 well I don't read hieroglyphics but okay. I am not a ghost or spook, but I do wave that colorful flag you posted. And thanks put your hood back on.
