Oga calm down. We know you got expectation Rome wasn't built in one day. Most of those 100 floors buildings you are talking about around the world are privately banks funded with very low interest rates and government funded. But in Nigeria is totally different, these buildings are privately owned and funded by individual billionaires in the country using their businesses’ capital to fund them and can't even take a small loan from commercial banks because of the crazy double digits interest rate over 30%. Madness. So they got to be conservative and build what their capital can develop. Help this helps. Cheers
