I must say this is one of the nicest single wides I have ever been in!! Hey everyone, this is Chance with mobile home masters and we have another awesome mobile home video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This home is brand new and is really beautiful! This is a 16x84(80) mobile home. The manufacture is Sunshine Homes and the model for this home is the "PRI1684-1021." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I have to say, wow, I'm super impressed. Early in my marriage we lived in a single wide for a few years and it was nice but goodness they've come soooo far. I also love that the walls look like a regular home instead of the joined walls with stips that remind you you're in a mobile.

The area I moved to have nice luxury ones. Surprised me! But my mama always liked them so never bothered me but they have really upgraded since 1990s & 2000s. These are competing with on site homes.

They fall apart super fast and depreciate in value like a car rather than a house . If you want moisture problems bug problems foundation problems ECT go ahead and shell out 80 or 90 grand on a pos like this . In 5 years you'll regret it

You said something about not being a professional mobile home tour guide, but for me you are top tier. Others could learn from you. I personally prefer your honest enthusiasm, you aren’t trying to sell me anything or tell me how I should live in the space. I started watching right before the stay-at-home orders and now this lets me know that there is still life going on out there. Keep up the great work!!

Love it! Really great place! One thing that maybe manufacturer should think of, Homeowners don't particularly care for the HVAC registers on the floor or baseboards. Top of the wall or ceiling is best for furniture placement in smaller spaces.

I contacted sunshine homes today because of this/your video...we’re purchasing it-it takes about 6 to 8 months to have it done so hopefully by 2022 will be living in much warmer weather in South Carolina...GREAT VIDEO MAN KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

This is a really good layout and a very good price for this home. It has all the basic necessities most people need and a few extras. Nicely arranged. Secondary bedrooms have decent closet space. I like the fact that the galley style kitchen is open to the living/dining area and has windows on each side or end. Viewing this home put me in a good mood!

You were talking about how wide this seems especially because it's a single wide. A thought: most of the mobiles I have seen shown have light gray walls maybe even with some light brown. This one has white or maybe eggshell which is so nice and bright and refreshing! And then, of course, are all the great windows with light pouring in. Maybe that's it? 😉

This is one of my favorite single wides to date here, Chance! One of my biggest concerns/gripes is that on a lot of single-wides the eaves are not large enough! Eaves on any home, especially a manufactured home should come out at least 6 inches or more to protect the sides of the home from the rain (as best it can). Most of the single-wides I have seen on your channel and others have none to very little eave space coming off the roofs. I wonder why the manufacturers do not treat single-wides the same way they do the larger homes? Thanks for listening!

I saw the answer to this in another video about mobile homes. It's mostly to do with shipping limitations. Many places have strict limits on how much eaves can stick out of a house and how wide it can be to be transported on roads.

I like this one! I've been looking into home buying and have been real discouraged lately. Its real difficult for a single parent to be able to afford anything, even with a great job. Most of the smaller single wides Ive been seeing look so cheap. This ones all decked out and I love it!

I really like this home except for the Kitchen, if they had an U shaped kitchen, it would afford better space and counter space. The Island kick is getting old and really not practical in smaller spaces . A U shape kitichen is a better option. There are those who like to cook and bake. This kitchen as it is done, has no good counter space for baking. As you can tell, I am a baker. Otherwise, it is very well planned for a single wide. A well designed kitchen and space for a table and chairs is a must in a single wide. I like to look at the people I am sharing bread with.

I agree. I hate the open kitchen with an island where a wall should be. It just looks cheap, and gross. And I don't like "bars". I agree an L shape or u shape with a table in the kitchen.

I really like the huge living room,the kitchen is big enough I guess,i love the island with the sink. My biggest complaint or suggestion is to use a slider door like the barn style for the bedrooms,at least the closet doors if not the hallway doors as well. The reason I'm saying this is that the swing of the closet door cuts down on usable space in the bedrooms(at least the two smaller bedrooms). You cant put a bed or dresser in that space because the door needs swinging room so I think a slider. Good job Chance,keep your family safe!

This is a beautiful bright welcoming home! I'm finding these smaller homes have much better layouts than the huge ones, everything from size, layout, proportions etc just seem to make better use of space, and "work" better. I'd love to own this on a seaside holiday park here in England!

I love that single the colors are amazing the floors a plus less alergens with that floor v. Carpet. I also love soaking tub , the interior stager did a incredible job well done. I agree it does look larger than most singles. Thank yah for showing us a very nice home. I'm hoping I get one some day on some land to play in the dirt. I LOVE 🚜 love those windows by the front door. $64,000. Thats actually not bad thanks. It does help me gives me a great idea of what I want to do ... Still on lock down. Love the imagination used in the exterior. Finally, a single that doesn't look like all the rest. Love the narrow, tall windows in a series. Still, I like the Harding better. There's only two things I don't like. Carpet in the master which I'm sure can be changed, and the location of the toilet in the master bath. Otherwise this one is perfect!

Damn thats crazy cheap I wonder how much that would run in Southern California. I really liked the modern feel once you walk in. The only change I would make is the layout of the master restroom I would delete the tub and have a separate room for the toilet. The rest looks great specially for a single wide.

A lot of manufactured home builders are taking the 'tiny home' approach as to interior finishes (stick built style entry/exit doors, trim, tape and textured drywall versus segmented 'wall board', wider door and base trim, etc.) to give that 'real house' versus 'trailer home' look tiny homes are famous for.. This particular company does it well!

Love this, but would change the outside colors...and shutters, the pipe things on the kitchen island. Also would get rid of the master tube, and opt for another closet. Knock out two windows in the dining area for a slider leading to a deck.

Definitely, this home feels much wider than most singlewides. I usually don't like singlewides because they feel cramped but this one doesn't. Love the tiles throughout and the "feature" wall in the master! The L-shaped couches are called sectionals.

That is a very positive place for the closet. If you get too many openings in the master especially it is very hard to decorate a d do d just the right place for the bed.

I really like that home it’s beautiful all the windows so much light can come in I love the window in the master closet for natural light everything about the home is beautiful I only see one thing I would change the guest bath sink is so big on top of the counter it leaves you no room for anything on the counter the sink took up the whole counter I think a smaller sink with more counter space around the sink would be better . I started watching these types of video for the purpose of choosing what I would want and not want in a mobile home. I love love love this one. You videos have helped me so much, thank you. As I get ready to sell my home and down size I can not tell you how helpful you have been.

This wouldn’t be bad at all 64k ain’t bad , I’d just be afraid of how much land would cost , I don’t have any clue how to figure that out so i could know which state I’d wanna look into (must be a blue state) but I’m glad you do stuff like this it’s nice to see there’s an alternative way to live

I love this home! All the natural light from the many windows makes it look light and airy. Keep up the great work Chance! You're doing a fantastic job and it's refreshing to take a virtual tour with someone who has a sense of humor. Lol
