@@Tesl8n it's ok, I did some *_Cisphobic_* things before too. I said stuff like "Cisgenderism isn't logical" and proposed that kids should get driven to school with the down with cis bus... I deeply -do not- regret making those jokes. Those jokes were nothing more than a complete and continuous lapse of judgement. But I've gotten over it now.
@@tigerwizard6388 funny you mention that because most of, if not all of the Japanese fanbase are not a fan of the west’s take on Bridget being trans at all and many on your side has called Japan and it’s people as a whole “transphobic”. That’s basically the definition of Xenophobic. Labeling an entire society of people something, creating a stereotype type of them, is xenophobic.
Actually it’s the opposite. Bridget has been called a girl his entire life so the thing he’s not trying to abandon is his masculinity, something forcefully attempted to be ripped from him at every stage of his life. Nice try though!

Ah so the guilt in guilty gear is just repressed homosexuality and neurodiversity. And the Gear is symbolic of acceptance by allowing ourselves to turn into who we are. The beasts that society try and fail to change are us and by repressing ourselves in response we have become guilty gears instead of proud gears. The best thing about this song is that you can relate to it regardless of if ur trans. There's a lot of obvious subtext referring to the experience of coming out as queer, but the general meaning of the song is just about finding and accepting who you are no matter what anyone else thinks :]

a lot of people claim Bridget isn't trans because of "character arc" or something like- my sibling in life. trans girls can still be masculine and trans guys feminine. go ahead and tell us we cant be trans because "character arc". we literally run away from that quality, then run back to it when we realize we liked it, just not the "forcing us to be that way" part. like brisket does.
