Please review Toyota hilux Double Cab Trims, or compare with Ford, Mavara. Amarok, etc. If needed, I can bring Hilux Revo 2.8L with 1kd 2017😅... But please do double cabs!
I had come for holiday and someone gave me this car for hire 2 weeks. Let me just say I would much rather ride a donkey. It's soo slow and uncomfortable. I did Nairobi to Mombasa. If it wasn't for my mother's prayers and local ladies, my back wouldn't have recovered. Whatever I saved on car hire was utilized well at the local massage parlor in Kilimani, neither the establishment nor the car gave me a happy ending. I've resulted to hiring a c180, same cc, more effective and comfortable.
I beg to differ with you. 1AZ- FSE being a direct injection engine is not bad. The drawback of carbon buildup on intake valves is not a valid reason for you to talk out your viewers from buying vehicles with direct injection engines. Instead of being biased, I suggest that you find solutions to the drawbacks of vehicles. For instance the 1AZ- FSE drawback can be solved by using an *oil* *catch* *can* which absorbs oil from the pcv and prevents it from reaching the intake valves to cause carbon formation. On the issue of talking out your viewers from buying the same vehicle with the 1AZ-FSE engine because of having a first generation cvt gearbox still is not a valid reason. I have seen Toyotas such as voxy and noah which use the same 1az-fse engine and cvt gearbox serve their owners well while some failed. I have seen Toyotas with second generation cvt gearboxes serve their owners well while some failed. This tells you that the first generation cvt transmissions that failed they failed because of other reasons not because they were being "experimented" ; otherwise toyota ought to have RECALLED all vehicles with the first generation cvt transmission but that's not the case. The cvt transmission of first generation simply don't fail because they were Toyota's first cvt transmissions; they have served for 2 decades without recalls. Regards.
These 20 year old cars should be sold below 500k.I don't understand why they overprice these old second hand toyotas.Old rusty body at the bottom, power window problems, probably air condition system not working.
It's high time the brokers start selling cars by year of make otherwise the prices might never change, but again it will depend with the number of cars purchased or the demand and supply
